Reservoirs are filled up by the boss landing hits and mechs, so would need to get hit by him to fill reservoirs up before finishing the fight. The tank might be a good choice or each teammate needs to have a decent amount of HP :)
After the numbered zombie phase I was wiped by some sort or wave attack but I have no idea what it is, doesn't seem like a normal attack so i'm clearly missing something.
Guide incomplete First of all number of blood reservoirs doesn’t matter Second is that after you open the eye for the first time the whole party will get a buff that looks like an eye which lasts for 60 seconds You have to reactivate the blood reservoir before that buff expires or you won’t be able to activate it And that’s it keep the buff up and never let it expire

He does a quick cone attack which is usually the one that catches people off guard, try standing away from others after that phase!

How to fullfill the blood reservoirs?
It's actually filled if the boss lands some mechs and get hits in, you don't want it to fill up though!

Thanks for the update! I was under the impression if all the reservoirs fill up then he does a party wipe. Will check up on the eye buff though :)
