That mechanic in the game was so amazing to implement. It's so smart to make units successful at killing and not dying to have that. It's playing the long game with units, you have teching-up and veteran status.
Looking good so far. Looking forward to seeing Zocom and more Scrin factions play because I think they have been the under performers. Also steel talons because I just don't see them and they are my personal favourite faction. I just like the walkers. I wonder if even though it wasn't as much of as a health buff as emissary/support airfields that acc/stims get used by Scrin factions now.

That being said the document naming the changes is a bit of at 2 counts: GDI/Nod Commando Sniper armor buff to survive 2 veteran Sniper Team shots. Sniper damage resistance increased from 75 to 50. Gun, grenade armor increased by 20%. increased from 75 to 50 Shatterer rocket damage resistance increased by 15%. (100 to 85). now this one is a mindbreaker, 15% of 100 makes 15 points ad that to 85 and get 100. 15 % of 85 equals 12.75 adding that to 85 makes 97.50, so its eighter 15 points and all is well or something is silly here ^^ Thanks for all the work and keep them uploads comming. With more and more out of the box stratigies. They make it so much more fun to watch. Cheers PS 30 to 20 seconds is ot 50% its a 33% reduction from 20 to 30 is a 50% increase O yes!
My bad with the 33.333 period % I am sorry I was experimenting with other numbers before reaching the final one. A unit taking 100 damage that now takes 85 damage is in fact receiving 15% less damage from the original 100.
Great game ML. Also great to see how destructive a heroric double lasered avator can be. You said that its dps is more that of a redeemer. So I have a question: Who would win in a fight between an ungarrisoned redeemer vs a heroric double lasered avator just firing at each other?
Only the particle beam upgrade and tiberium core upgrade were nerfed, since that wouldve been excessive with a 4th turret if it had increased the dps further. Laser turrets have no such thing.
@@masterleafcnc nods laser capitor upgrade DO increase the damage of Nod Laser turrets as well. Not that it matters a lot since obelisc of light is still the better option. But in theory it could if the tech gets scniped.
do you use win10? True fullscreen does cut out a very big portion of input lag. Microsoft insists on forcing triple buffer vsync on every windowed app. Vsync is just ass tbh
you can use my mega link, or just click the download button to get the "test version" on command post , even though r19 is now final, but that is cgf's decision on command post. I provided all the installers and download options to everyone - what he decides to do on command post isnt up to me.

At 1500 health growth acc/stim are still the weakest building in the game only beating the silo which 15x less expensive and ironically silo could be more useful because I have seen more games with silo blocking than acc/stim being used XD Even though silo's are functionally useless for their intended purpose.
They have increased armor as well, not just hp. "Growth Accelerator/Stimulators armor normalized with other structures. HP increased from 1000 to 1500. "
@@masterleafcnc A step in the right direction for sure but the armour "being normalized to other structures" would still make it the second least durable building in the game right? Just hoping that is enough that they might see use.
Yeah, theyre much more durable now compared to before, you don't want to overdo it though since they do generate resources overtime - and should be harassable.

fun fact, 5 awakened squads (2 drafts, 3 full squads) can kill an unpacked mcv if caught cause there's enough emp to do so 👀

Yeah because a bug was fixed where the laser fencing didn't get removed when it was supposed to be.
R19 seems to have an awful lot of buffs for the nod factions that the top players already used all the time

Why do pro players build watchtowers, but not guardian cannons?
faster to build, cheaper, good dps and and in numbers makes it harder to focus down
The guardian cannons with railguns are definitely underlooked at the moment as well.

They already did get one, and in R19 the railgun does even more damage (comparable to a titan with railguns per shot).
