@@irene980 It's powered by the car, so it will turn on. The display might be hard to read and sluggish but should work. If you've gotten that far, it's likely just too cold, bring it in and let it warm up for 20 minutes.
Is it worth having in the trunk just to check the pressure from time to time? How long does it take to fill the tires? Was thinking in buying one of these and also a portable jumpstarter, just in case
Not really for just checking the pressure, it's kind of cumbersome for that. I got a real nice tire gauge for 5 bucks that I still have and use. That's your best bet--get an old school analog one, there's no playing games with that, it tells it like it is. A tire is not a unit of measurement, tires come in many different sizes. So there's no really a good explanation of that. The video, however, shows a real use case scenario, along with how long it took for that particular tire shown. I have TWO tire inflators and TWO jump packs in my trunk. Two is one, and one is none. Imagine being stranded with a dead battery, only to find your jumpstarter had failed. If you have one and it's dead, you have none. If you have two, if one fails, you still have one. That being said, I've never been stuck somewhere, besides my own driveway, with a dead battery. Kind of pointless to start a car with a dead battery that's already home, all I do is pull the battery out of the car, bring it to the auto parts store, and buy a new one and install it myself. That way I know it's done right.
Just below the tip of the plug you will see a ring. Unscrew that ring. The ring will come off, and tip will be loose. Pull it out and you will find the fuse. Replace it, and put it back how it was.
Thank you!!!
You're welcome.
what if it doesnt turn on? if it is cold outside?

How do you change the fuse in it?
