Those who are criticizing the work. Please dont do this. Making a 3d design of such a huge area is not a cup of tea. That too with animation and walk through.
Its take a lot of effort and time to complete such projects
if it is so tough, why are doing it? Is there any work which is not tough in this world?

Exactly nature is soothing and makes person calm so here no ventilation or sunlight in anyroom
I guess you haven't noticed huge glass windows in each room for natural day light....

I used to watch buildiofy .....but when i saw videos from S69.....trust me it's awesome.....more fresh n more loving
layout is absolutely very good like the material selection, I join with the people who commented below that the villa looks a five star hotel. Interior is lovely, finishes of the villa excellent, color scheme is perfectly amazing.. we can see provision for natural lights have been considered sufficiently with wide curtain walls, but in the footage we don't get the presence of natural lights... congratulations to the owner and Architect

*Nowadays it is not possible to open window on any side. Window is just for show, specially in town or in congested places*
No attention is given for plants also

So Shiny and Slippery - is it just a Show piece that it is full of shiny Slippery Tiles.
Look at the kitchen , so shiny that it seems like a Lobby of a Hotel.
It's very hard to keep clean this type of house I think it's not practically perfect

Even i was wonderin' the same......there's got to be more in order to call it a TRULY SMART VILLA.
All the switches lights locks are Smart can be controlled through mobile / Tabs present around the home.
