For y'all saying it's expensive: I live in Uruguay, and customs do not allow to purchase cosmetics outside the country and ship them here, so I have to buy it through a reseller and it costs 149 USD. You're welcome.
Holly Berndt same! I was eyeing the shade Libra but the pictures made all the eyeshadows look more pastel than they were. I’m glad libra is more of a dark muted mauve
Hi, my name is Shannon 🙋🏽♀️ I and I am addicted to shiny stuff 🤣🤣🤣 Don’t worry Amanda, there are thousands of us on here that have no self control over makeup!!!! I can’t WAIT to get my paws on this palette 😻😻😻😻😻
I don't really support Huda so I don't own anything from the brand. this is the first one that I has really sparked my interest enough to consider it. kinda seems like everyone is trying to catch up to Pat Mcgrath with the shimmers formulas! Since I have those, it makes it hard for others to compare for me. Plus having so much Colourpop SS's, I often pass on whole pallets if I can get a similar single to avoid so much duplication in my collection. I actually analyze how many unique shades are in a pallet that I "must have" to help decide.

I've spent the whole day watching reviews on this palette and I think this is what has convinced me that I NEED it. I feel like the middle and bottom rows are quite similar to the Nude Obsessions Light and Medium/Rich (since they're so similar) which is another selling point for me because I've been lusting after those too.
Definitely getting this one 😍 Super excited to see more looks with it!! I have a $50 Sephora store credit and I could wait to use my VIB coupon but I really just want to get it asap lol. Picking this up during the Sephora sale along with the nude obsessions! Thanks for another great review and swatches as always! So much great detail❤️❤️❤️
I actually wasnt interested in this palette but now watching this and seeing the swatches I'm actually very intrigued.lol. cant wait to see the 3 looks you do😁 and honestly the package is quite gorgeous💕
Me too! It was the exact same with the Naked Honey lol. The PR pictures just didn't do either palette justice but then seeing them in action and actual swatches I fell hard.
I have wanted this palette since it was released but the retail price in my country is $80. That is NINE TIMES the daily minimum wage in my country. I cannot bring myself to buy it even though I lust after it all the time. I just bought this one at the buy 1 get 1 palette sale yesterday! Along with the New Nudes which I have also wanted ever since that was launched. This made my week 🥰
I have never bought a Huda pallette but this does look so unique I'm going to add it to my collection. Pastels pinks purples and teals are my favorite and mixed with neutrels? It is awesome ! The packaging is also so beautiful. I'm getting it with my Sephora discount so Yay! I'm excited too!

I would certainly love to see more looks from the Mercury Retrograde palette. The colors in your video the shadows all look so rich and appealing while on the website they look washed out. I may save this palette for a sale as it is priced pretty high but oh so pretty. Thanks I love your channel you make everything so fun.
I have been seriously eyeing this palette ever since I first saw it on IG. This review only makes it harder to resist. I know I definitely don't need it, but really want it!😁💖 Maybe I'll put it on my Christmas list since it is so expensive..... Can't wait to see your looks

Hello there! On insta, @itsglambeautyxo posted a dupe from the brand Beauty Creations! It’s called the Mysterious palette, and it’s for $9 on Amazon or Aliexpress I believe :)
This is one of my fav palettes by Huda. An ex friend stole my first one so I never bought a replacement. However my ex bf bought another one for me a few weeks ago plus Bperfect Tahiti and Antidote palettes before we broke up.. 🤷♀️ I am happy to have all of them! ❤️
Thank you so much for this video! And Huda should thank you too because this has pushed me over the edge to get it! Thank you also for tempering me from running out to get it today.... This may end up going on my Christmas wish list instead.....
This palette is SO pretty & tempting me SO much...I keep telling myself I can dupe the vibe of it with all the Obsession palettes I already own & love even if the textures/colors aren't exact. I was planning on picking up one of the new Nude Obsessions during the VIB sale & then She goes & drops this Beauty. I don't own any of Huda's larger palettes so Idk how the formula compares/differs from the Obsession mini palettes. I hope this is a perm item & not limited edition because $67 right now on an eyeshadow palette...not happening. Looking forward to your next video showing different looks with this palette. Have a feeling it will sell out during the VIB sale.
I got this for free!!! With the 20% and the ebates check, I got this and a brush set free. I am excited about this one. I havent had a palette catch my eye in a while.
I love it way more than I did originally. I can’t wait to see the other video with the tutorials before I decide to buy. Also waiting and hoping you review the Tati Palette! ❤️
I watch every one of your videos and trust your reviews! One request... Would you please post a link to your single eyeshadow storage container (ColourPop) that is behind you, or better yet even do a video about your cosmetic storage. Thanks!!!
Great review! How similar would you say this is to the Nude Obsessions Light palette? Is it worth it to own both? I was going to buy that during the sale but now I'm wondering if I should upgrade to this one.
You answered the question I was so interested to know! Is it like the colourpop supershock shadows, because those are hands down one of my favorite shadows ever! Okay now I’m really intreged🥰
New Nude is one of my favorite palettes in my entire collection, but I feel like I like this color story even better 😍 I’m just struggling with how expensive it is and how much shade overlap there is with New Nude. Maybe I’ll need to try to find a way to dupe it with things I’ve got in my collection 🤔
Girl, you might just have given me that last little tip over into deciding to getting this palette! Ahhh it’s probably like 100 bucks in Australia but I want it bad now.
Gorgeous palette! I’ve been looking for information on the glitters in the Huda New Nude. What were your thoughts on those ones? I’m wondering about their eye safety.
So I was supposed to be on a no buy for the rest of the year but then I saw this palette and had to have it so I bought it immediately 😂 I honestly didn’t even pay attention to the price until your video and I thought wow I paid $67+ for that lol.
I really really want this pallet and in Australia it will cost me 106:00 so you see very expensive here. I’ll save and get it hope it’s not an limited edition tho.
I definitely want her to go back to cardboard. It's more durable and protects the shadows better because it absorbs force on impact compared to plastic. It's very very pretty packaging though. I'm going to dupe it with singles for the metallics because $67 is not okay for me.
I love this!! I’m a new fan of Huda! I love my nude Obsessions light. I want this but I know I have every single color already. I’m going to try really hard not to buy it. 😬
So I'm the annoying lady who was commenting on the Coulourpop and Tarte glitters earlier.... The shade Nebula is made out of the same primary ingredient: Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), so it is a cosmetic grade plastic glitter like the Colourpop and Tarte ones, though I'm not sure how the particle size compares to the Tarte ones.
Oh my goodness I can’t escape this can I? 😅😂 I addressed it in the video... this is a glittery powder shadow and not a pressed glitter. Completely different particle size. The material used is not and has never been the issue. It’s the risk of abrasion.
@@MakeupJustForFun I heard that part, and then I went on Huda's website because I was curious what it was made of. I couldn't find the ingredients for Nebula on there (only 11 of the shades' ingredients are listed for some reason), but they're listed on Sephora. The pressed glitter in Desert Dusk was also made from PET and also didn't have a warning, but that glitter was mixed with glycerin and oils instead of regular shadow ingredients. Technically, the difference between cosmetic and craft glitter is the ingredients. Cosmetic glitter is made of PET, a soft plastic approved for cosmetics, while craft glitter can be made of metal, glass, or sharper plastics. Cosmetic glitters don't require warnings (unlike how certain dyes do because they're not FDA approved), so the ingredients are what tell you if it's a glitter or not. Granted, this is all just came from me trying to feel better about putting cosmetic glitter on my eyes. XD I thought it was fine because there are so many glitters coming out for eyes, but then your videos made me question it, so I looked into it more. I found info about what the FDA approves for cosmetics and what they don't, studies on if the glitter cut and particle size of PET glitter matters (studies say no).... I honestly cannot find any information on cosmetic glitter causing eye injuries. That doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but I can't find evidence and the craft glitter injuries are what come up when you look. I don't know if you can say, but do you know the origin of the glitter that caused an injury in the patient you saw? I love your videos! I'm just trying to figure out what the glitter situation is.
*Pressed glitter* has larger particles and that's my concern. It has never been about cosmetic glitters specifically or the ingredients, just large particle *pressed glitter.* How can particle size not matter?! Would you rather be poked with a needle or a butcher knife?! Certainly one does more damage than the other. Ophthalmologists warn against it. I personally don't need any further convincing beyond a medical doctor's advice. I gave my recommendation but I am not in charge. I also will not EVER be convinced that it is okay. That's the situation so take that for what you will. However, feel free to to wear whatever you want to! They are your eyes. You don't need me to validate your choices.
@@KittyKraftStudio have you seen colourpop pressed glitter? The new one in the Disney palette comes to mind. It has giant round pieces. I definitely do not want that on my eye..cosmetic or not.
@@teal_panda_8434 Yeah, I have that palette. Based off my research on cosmetic glitters I'm not really worried about it, but that's just me. I'm more worried about scratching my eye with my mascara wand, which I have done multiple times.
I'm glad to see this video. I'm looking forward to the three looks video even though I'm going to pass on buying this palette. Swatches never look the same on my computer as they do in person. That being said, this palette didn't knock my socks off. I think the price range is on the high side. Not horrible (approx. $3.75 per shadow) but not low enough that I would buy it considering I'm not thrilled with it. Also, Why, Huda, why? Why plastic? Has she no concern for the animals and our planet?
I know I’m a dollar short and a day late here; but it occurs to me the plastic might be because of the eyeshadow formula. Especially the shimmers. No one wants grease spots on their palettes. Yuck!
Hi, Amanda. Please allow me to post this comment. At this point in time, unless the beauty industry stopped producing new makeup products every week altogether, i feel like it wouldn't have much effect whether biodegradable or non-biodegradable packagings are used. At the end of the day, the industry is producing so much wastes to fill landfills for several generations to come. Honestly, this dilemma tears me in half. I love makeup! Whenever I watch videos, i wish i can afford every thing that i liked. But I am also very much aware of how much all of what we buy ends up in the trash bin rather than on our faces. Let me tell everyone about the number of Colourpop SSS I have panned since I bought my very first one (2 or 3 yrs ago).........NONE! 😢 So pretty for displays, perhaps I will keep them on my vanity forever so as not to add anymore wastes out there. 🤣🤣🤣
Jessica Nikita i’ve used Huda’s products and the quality of her products is not better than brands like Kylie cosmetics,Tarte,Too faced,Urban decay or even colourpop .
The point of a business is to make money. That's not necessarily greed that's just they way the system works. Fortunately, we all have the freedom to spend our money as we please just as businesses can price their items as they please. If the products weren't considered "worth it" by the customers then the business would fold.

I'm more worried about scratching my eye with my mascara wand, which I have done multiple times.
yay for a new video
Thank you for watching!
Do you still stand by this review?? Do you still use it?? I am thinking about getting this going into Spring. Thanks!
Is this palette limited edition?
it's 50% off on Sephora ladies!!!!
Huda should consider lowering the price her lipsticks are 25 $ each and palettes 67$ are you serious ??
High end makeup is expensive 😅
@@MakeupJustForFun and we all know it doesnt need to be ... they are just greedy
As someone who has tried literally thousands of makeup products from all of these brands, I have to disagree.
