Rollin Light Canless LED Recessed Lighting with Nightlight

- The new shop is at the point for lighting! Rollin Light sent a 6 pack of canless recessed lights to be used under the shelving units. These lights have a main 12w LED and a unique night light feature that uses 3w of power. The lights are very easy to install with a 6.25" hole saw. Push connectors are included with each light. A simple cord connects the junction box to the LED. A dimmer switch can be used to adjust the light level. These lights also have a color adjustment from 2700k to 5000k so you can set the color that best fits your needs.

We have these in our home but we want to put up pendant lights. Is there any way to install normal pendant lights instead of these?
How many seconds does it need to be off for it not to change?
