If you are still looking for a solution for the plastic baggies, I use and love reusable baggies! They are able to be frozen, I’m using them to freeze these recipes! Great ideas!! Seriously loved this video. love that so many of the recipes are made to be the perfect portion for a toddler! New subscriber :)

I am so grateful that you made this with such yummy recipes. I found this while drawing a blank when trying to pack my sons lunches for tomorrow and I'm just so tired it's like 11pm but this put a pep in my step and I made the banana pancakes (added blueberries & pineapple because they were going bad) with sweet potato fries. They actually make compostable ziplock bags that are a little bit more eco-friendly than regular ziplock bags. They are also more convenient and cheaper than reusable ziplock bags.

Love the video! Can you explain more about the flash freezing? I really love this idea. I'm just wondering how long do you freeze things for? Is there a set time food needs to sit after being in the oven, or does it go from oven straight to freezer? And do you always move everything to a cooling rack before placing in freezer? Or any other tips you have for flash freezing would be much appreciated! Thanks again for all your hard work!! Very helpful and inspiring!
Hi Tracy! I do flash freezing by placing the food on a cooling rack and placing in the oven for at least 30 minutes. This gives it time to cool down enough so if you put all of the items in a bag/ container together they won't stick together! I do this with pancakes, waffles, muffins, mini pizzas, quiche, basically anything bite sized that i'm wanting to freeze. It's very helpful for meal prepping. Most recipes are good for 3 days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer. I hope this answered your question! Thank you for watching! ❤

Hi Agnie, We actually don’t anymore. We have a trash service now. However, we do live in the country and had to hire out a trash service to come to our home. We do not have city trash service available where we live. I actually did not know that burning trash was worse for the environment than it going into landfills until I read your comment so thank you for bringing that to my attention. ❤️
Hey there! I can’t remember exactly what I did in this video. I always do it a little different but 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes is usually good! Or 350 for 35-40 minutes if you want it less crispy 😊

I know this is two years ago- but you could stack the pancakes all in one container and take them out as you need them
As long as they are frozen separately first because if not they stick together so bad!

put a damp paper towel or thin wash rag under your cutting boards so that they dont slide when slicing
