Hi. Can you please tell me how did you precisely cut those "cut outs"? I mean is there a specific scissor that i should use? Because ive tried cutting those with Normal scissors and it doesn't cut easily and looks so messy with rough edges, looks unclean

Why we use tape?? Can we apply fevicol directly??

It's called double sided tacky tape... helps to stick instantly.. where as glue takes time to stick.
