Actually, you have understood the whole story behind this song without knowing any Russian. It's from the soundtrack of an old (1969) classic Soviet spoof comedy "The Hand of Diamonds". The song was written by a top Russian composer Alexander Zatsepin for a scene where a top-notch gorgeous criminal mob girl is seducing the main hero by strip-dancing in a hotel room with the aim to drug him unconscious by putting a sleeping pill in his wine. It's one of the best and most famous scenes fromSoviet movies. so everything is this ArgentinianFrench tango--style music is too much - too sexy, too passionate.
