Allow me:The Original Anime mostly stayed true to the manga at the start but skipped out and omitted the parts where the real plot was unraveled, choosing instead to replace it with happy scenes XD. The Tokyo Revelations and Shunraiki OVA's take place after the "Piffle Arc" of the manga. There is also a gap of a few chapters (it skips the entire Infinity arc of the manga) between the two. Also, the mangas final arcs were never animated.
Shunraiki? Darker then Celes? o-0 ...I don't even want to begin addressing the dark and disturbing things that happen in Celes compared to Shunraiki. (Big Clue- Child Abuse is one of them~) But still, I do wish Celes was animated. Was the first screenshot actually in Shunraiki? -grin- Very nice video. I love the song and Within Temptation :)

if someone who have not read the manga will be forever stuck in maze of confusion....the anime does not have any RIGHT DIRECTION! seasons are ok but the ova-s are the main culprit....it made whole story upside down still we have to go through such a long manga to make everything appear to make sense!

The show skips a bunch in-between Tokyo Revelations and Shunraiki - it skips two worlds. Infinity and Celes. So, I would highly recommend reading those chapters in the manga before watching Shunraiki.
