It's fascinating that even though I can see the hands puppeting them, the seams and overlap of the paper, and the shadows cast by certain pieces, the illusion of life in these puppets is totally unbreakable. The motion and puppeteering seems so simple, and yet it results in something so fluid in and lifelike it's almost impossible to convince yourself it's paper.

These little papercraft puppets are small, 10-second long videos that occasionally pop into my sub box. They're nowhere near as long as the other videos I watch. They're not edited, they're not particularly comical, they're just a papercraft puppet being a papercraft puppet. And yet I unquestionably watch every single one because they just make me happy.
