I love the volume of the forge one, but, I do see the ctc one for being a sleeper upgrade option if that's what you're into. Let me know your thoughts.
Just installed the CTC turbo smart. Your video convinced me to get it. Love how it’s a little more subtle than the forge but still sounds legit, and is adjustable. Makes driving my swift 10x more fun. Also, not sure if it’s in my head but the throttle response seems better after installing it.
heard them all separately but good to have them in one vid good job 👌 I finally picked up a 33 a couple days ago an super happy with it .. got an MST intake on the way an might go for the CTC BOV I think 🤔
I own a 2019 Swift Sport. Where is the standard engine rattle coming from? You can hear it at 1:17 Thanks. I might buy a Forge Motorsport blow of valve just so it makes a sound.
@@Dan_AYPany lag issues with it? I want the hks one but I’ve been told it can cause lag. I’ve been told the CTC 50/50 is the best but you lose some of the sound
Hi, the recirculated air isn't put into the intake system after the turbo charger at the same pressure as this would defeat the purpose of the system. It has to reduce the intake pressure as to not impact the A/F ratio when the fuel is reduced and throttle position closed. A recirculation of the air is only done to avoid unnecessary sound and is put into the intake side of the turbo only, never to the charged side of the system. It doesn't reuse the air in a pressured state as it is returned to atmospheric pressure when released into the intake piping or externally with a bov. Hope that helps you understand the system better 👍

Forge one sounds the best IMO.
Yeah I was thinking the same tbh, it's also the cheapest

Is the CTC one loud?

Awesome, congrats! What colour did you get?
Best Content ever 👌
Thanks Lewis!
@@Dan_AYP You are Welcome
HKS for me
Pretty penny though
Gotta love BOV sounds :)
Yeah the compilation had to be done

@@arielatomhc it's from the injectors, check a video of electronic injectors in action and it'll be very similar
Pssssh sounds ok, but we need the turbo flutter...zrooom stu tu tu tu tu tu...
i like forge 👍
That's the one I went with mate 👍😄

Has anyone just blocked the factory one for flutter?
Not that I'm aware of sir, a friend leadfoot Ash has just installed the hks bov though
Is it easy to fit the HKS BOV?
The forge one was easy I know that 😂👍
@@Dan_AYP only reason I ask is I can’t find an installation video for the HKS one
Does the engine have a timing belt or chain?
Chain mate 👍
How much is the starting cost ?
The ctc for full recirculation is the cheapest followed by the forge, then ctc external bov then finally the hks. I think they start from £140 ish?
You shouldn't have a Dump Valve on that car as the Turbo uses recirculated air and you'll lose power if you do use one

my intake already give that sound lol i just get a ctc recirc cheap and no dirt stuff gets in it
What's your intake setup?
