I used to be a fullback in a line of three.If there is one tip I can give it is: do NOT press the winger if you know there is an open pass to the striker, midfielder. It will get exploited 100% of the time. Adopt a defensive stance and keep the line while the midfilelders press. Way more solid even though it may still be tricky in a line of three.

if theirs 3 at the back, you aren’t a fullback, if it’s a 3-5-2, then the people on the wide for the midfields are wingbacks, you are a LCB or RCB.
