I agree if you mean "this type of music" being a more mellow edm style, but i think that classical music is even better when remixed in electronic edm style, but with a more higher tempo rock-like feel. In other words imho edm is much better suited for classical than for baroque, evebthough it works great with both.

@@HyperMario64 ye my bad, i do meditation now but I just didn't know what it means to actually meditate. It's just being mindful, present and non judgementao of your thoughts. But I thought it was the same shit as people pretending to speak with the dead and random spiritual shit. Instead it's just teaching your brain to focus easier and releases some dopamine + gets more oxygen in your cells because you are breathing properly. This in turn makes you more fullfilled and happy if you aren't indulging in instant gratification, combine this with some gratitude journaling and you are set.

I don't have much time for it nowadays but it's always a nice and relaxing experience, you can explore your own consciousness as you like. Spiritual people experience, well, not fact-based fantasy, more down to Earth people relieve their stress and introspect their own body for a little while. It's similar to dreams, everybody projects what they like in it.. Have a fantastic day brother.
