Thank you:) I'm a huge fan of Jake Shimabukuro, so I had a lot of fun learning from his transcriptions in the beginning (you can probably buy them from his website). Cynthia Lin, U Can Uke, Plazi, and the Ukulele Teacher are all ukulele teachers who have lessons on RUclips as well!
For music theory, I really recommend Andrew Huang's music theory basics video, as well as Adam Neely's channel for well explained and easily digestible bits of theory. I've learned a lot watching them, I hope it helps you too!
