    Looks like y'all had a lot more rain than we've had in Florence. Like I said before, you would get a lot more done if you didn’t stop & play in the mud!😂 Hayden, I'd say that Tessa is a keeper! She's willing to get out there & get dirty!😉 She fits right in. Stay safe out there. I appreciate the fact that you'd do anything to get cool shots, like getting dusted! I really enjoy your videos & look forward to each one.❤

    Thank you Hayden for the video. - Hope

    When trying to pull something that's stuck, do what your dad did in the last video, pull from a 45 degree angle, not directly behind. Your only pulling half of the load, while also getting half of the combine out. Much easier, much more effective. You see professional heavy wreckers doing that.

    What a nightmare. That’s a lot of mud. It’d be nice to have a set of those super wide high floatation tires to have on standby just for those situations. I have no idea where you’d carry them though because they’re so big. Great job and content! Hoping for a safe and prosperous cutting season for all of you! Blessings from Oklahoma!

    I’ll bet you’ll be glad to get some drier country. That mud is a pain in the butt!!! Tessa is becoming a real trooper in learning to do everything. That may be something she comes to regret!!! Just a suggestion, but if I was her, I would pull my hair up and away from her face. I cringe every time she gets near the equipment and afraid it’s going to get caught in something, that would be awful.

    • @HarvestChic
      @HarvestChic 4 месяца назад +5

      @okiecubsfan1961 I get where you’re coming from. However, she is not around moving parts when they are moving. There are all kinds of sensors that keep the machine from running without someone actually sitting in the seat. & trust me, you have to weigh enough to even keep that going. I try to peek in my bin at my sample & my separator tries to turn off because I’ve shifted in my seat. I promise you that we will keep her (& everyone else on this crew) safe.

    I’m guessing the sickle is plugging because of the weeds and green grasses in the crop and especially worse when it gets tough. Our sickle literally never plugs like that cause our fields are clean. You guys run into all variants of fields. Some are clean some are not so I can understand why you guys have trouble with your cutter bar. But we also use deer headers. So I’m not sure if they cut better in those conditions you have. Maybe that’s why we never plug our sickle. But anyways. It’s frustrating when you can’t cut especially when it gets tough.

      @HarvestChic 4 месяца назад +1

      @timmoore3534 ….I just do it for entertainment.
      Actually, we have had over 12 inches of rain & the field had been ripped deep before planting. But like most harvesters will tell you….a 4x4 will only get you more stuck, or a 4x4 will just make you need a longer rope.

      @timmoore3534 4 месяца назад +1
