I read an article that said it was a legit walk out. One reason was that he refuses to lose to CM Punk in this feud. Another was that he lost in his home country again. I personally feel this is all storyline based & he left because his wife just had surgery
Personally feel he doesn’t return for awhile maybe returns when Punk gets Championship match then gets his revenge as Triple H loves long term booking. Plus gives Drew time heal his body & look after his wife for few weeks.
They want to really make this really fun he should go to TNA per storyline since they’re in partnership. That would be a great way to utilize this storyline. He can attack the world, champion there and be like if you don’t think that I was kidding think again type of vibe. Plus Ace Steel is there so there’s something. That’s what I would do I love thinking outside the box

Punk announces that he has been cleared, and he will announce that he is competing at Money in the Bank. McIntyre will cost him at MITB. McIntyre/Punk 1 at SummerSlam. Part 2 at Survivor Series, and Part 3 at WM 41
So Summer Slam will be a CM Punk's bracelet on a pole match.

Why is everyone on Drew's side? I don't get it. I've watched this feud from the start, and it was Drew getting in Punk's face talking and starting shit. Punk didn't start with him. Then he trolls Punk after telling him, he prayed for him to get hurt. Punk has been at his top ever since. Ya'll talking about revenge as if Drew is the the dirty one. He did it to himself. Same shit with Liv. Rhea did her dirty, but Liv is the bad one.
Because Punk is lower than pond scum. He isn't the good guy. At all. I'm definitely on Team Drew.
McIntyre vs. Punk is a SummerSlam calibre type match. So it would make perfect sense for Drew to show up on Friday and take out Punk. Which leads to them both getting written off TV for a while prior to SummerSlam.

A perfect way to lay McIntyre’s comeback is keep him off TV for a while. Let me explain. CM Punk comes back on Smackdown in his hometown of Chicago and not only announces he’s officially cleared to compete he will do so in the Money in the Bank match, the crowd goes nuts. Fast forward to MITB, in the closing moments of the match C.M Punk is just fingertips away from winning but in comes an ambulance leading some to think someone actually got legitimately injured but it was just missed from all the other action going on. but out come McIntyre dressed as an EMT to cost Punk the match (and maybe even climb the ladder and steal the briefcase himself, theirs no rules against that after all) the next night on Raw McIntyre challenges Punk to a match a SummerSlam in an Ambulance match and the winner gets the briefcase and the loser goes to Smackdown!
Wouldn't it be revenge if drew came to SmackDown tomorrow(it's tomorrow in my country) and beats up cm punk in his own hometown as revenge
My guess is that Punk isnt fully ready to be cleared in the first place, so Drew injure him. Predictable isnt always bad.
If knew Drew is going remain out of sight for awhile then make his move when cm punk is unguarded.
Tna tweeted about drew debuting in Tna. That was a hint that he is going to work tna like they did with Grace. Still making it seem like he quit wwe. He may even use the name Galloway again. Punk is going to follow him to Tna and screw him there too.
he comes on smackdown and assaults punk, but they mak it clear he is not a wwe wrestler and the have him arrested this keeps punk injured and drew protected
