      @@lostsoul4317 I do 30 mints mediation where I include Buteyko slow and light breathing and I was doing wim Hof breathing method too plus I do 478 breathing method but the most effective breath work is the Buteyko slow and light breathing if you follow this breathing in mediation..

    She is saying try breathing.......and I was asking myself what I was doing since my birth nonstop.
    Breathing doesn't stop for a sec. It's constant.....all you have to do is to become little aware that it's coming and going.
