@@MountainJohn I have gone throughout a lot of my videos and liked almost all of the comments in them because I had left my notifications turned off for the past 3 years and I hadn't noticed any of the comments in my videos; but now I realized every time a comment gets liked the users get a notification for it; which basically means I've literally pinged every single user that ever commented on my videos within the last 3 years or so lmao

I wonder if Aztec culture represents something in this game.
The aztec monkey, Ozomathli was a sevant of Xochiphilli (God of music and dance). Ozomathli representing arts, creativity, and fun. Maybe, in yume nikki, this represent the absurdness and creativeness of a dream, since its also seen in Block World. Or, in this exact event, representing a relief of all tense from other events/area in the game.
But, thats just my theory.

At first I thought Aztec Rave Monkey was creepy, and then I heard the theme song, and I was RAVIN'
tbh during forest world and everywhere else where he is without the music he still is creepy. this is the same thing i sorta felt with spore and that game's primordial soup segment. for some reason really creepy to see giant thing moving just behind you
