Well, I should have never doubted you; that new mic of yours does sound great! In fact, I'm using your video to test out my new earbuds! The crunches sound *amazing,* and there are no background noises or interference. Your deep freezer is a magical cave of frosty treasure that has never produced one unappealing sound since it's introduction!
1:08 I use my Prime streaming all the time, and yet somehow, the television adaptation of Mr. & Mrs. Smith flew under my radar. I like Donald Glover though, and I looked at the cast on IMDB, and I like a lot of the people who star in it. It's only eight episodes, so that seems easy to binge watch.

I think I'm a lot better at detecting when someone is lying in the written form. I feel like some people are good at telling on themselves, so the lying part is almost embarrassing. I used to take everything people told me at face value. I used to naively believe, "why would they lie?" Probably my favorite incident of this, was in the third grade, when a new girl I befriended, told me and everyone at school that she was a mermaid. 🧜🏻♀️
She was awkward and strange, even for a child, so I took her at her word; despite how implausible this seemed. I mean, it would have explained the quirkyness about her, I thought. I'll never forget what my best friend since the first grade, (who was rightfully skeptical) said to me when I asked her why she didn't believe her, and more importantly, "Why would she lie?"
Plain as day, my best friend replied, "Because she's a liar" 😂
Of course! Why had I not thought of that before; it's so simple! In reality, she was the new girl at a new school, and like a lot of little girls, was obsessed with mermaids. She was eccentric, but I liked that about her; even if she was capable of telling fantastical lies. And after all, she was a mere child. By the time she hit her teens, though, it became abundantly clear to me that she was capable of living in a fantasy world and ignoring the obvious around her. When you bring up things like this 2:23 - 2:29 I can't help but think about the lies that were told to her by her sister and ex-boyfriend. And because she wanted her sister to be the hero so badly in this twisted fairytale she conceived, she seemed happier not knowing. Or maybe it was just not dealing with the harsh reality, that her sister was the last person to have her best interest at heart. So when her sister passed, she was her "best friend" and "inspiration" as far as she was concerned; and that was that. Kinda sad, really, but some people really are more comfortable living with a lie then the truth.
As for anyone being a spy, I don't think I would enjoy being one, or want someone I know being one either. I've already known far too many people who live a double life as it is, and quite frankly, I prefer doing without the mess. They do make for some interesting stories; but that's about it. Speaking of, there I go again with my yak yak yak! 😅

This mic is good and i understand people like intense sound from Yetti. I’m now doing research how to prevent buzzing noise. I hope I will be able to fix this😊 It’s very awkward listening someone you know that they are lying😂 And your mermaid friend I hope she is doing OK. It just reminded me of someone has multiple personality. When they have big trauma and can’t take it anymore, they start to have different persona to protect themselves. There is 1 murder case in Japan that case trial has started. A daughter, parents all 3 got arrested last summer. More you know the story of this family it’s like they are living real psycho horror movie! I can’t believe this kind of thing is exists and happening in real life. If you are interested search- Sapporo hotel murder.
@@PolarWorldASMR It's kinda cliche because a lot of American women like true crime, but I still find it fascinating, so I'm most definitely going to look up that case. She's a former friend, but she did reach out to me when my mom passed in 2020, which actually meant a lot to me. I check up on her online, and she must do the same for me because we hadn't spoken in years when she gave her condolences. I seriously don't know how she found me then, because I was very private, but she was always good at internet sleuthing I guess. I do wish her well.
