i see this demo before , with just few exhaust fan , the whole room can feel cool . its really suitable.for those concern on air conditional electric bil .
one big issue is to add netting to avoid mosqitos

This used with sea water could allow for greenhouses in the coastal deserts. Seawater greenhouses do this :)

Why we dont use air conditioners in poultry houses? Is it because of economical reasons??

Air conditioners air is dry . We need cool air with 65 to 75 humidity just this type of system give us. I have also ec house and I am satisfied with this . Poultry must need this.

It can only be active if the relative humidity is less than 50-60 % less.. ıf relative humidity is high it is useless.
What if ran with a dehumidifier?
Absolutely correct. Also I'm not convinced that its effective in greenhouses because of plant transpiration which will naturally raise the humidity in the greenhouse anyway. Where is the measured performance data?
Yes. These do work on dry climates though, using this in hot areas like death valley is useful.

How often would you need to change/cool down the water though? If the air outside is as hot as 45 degrees (C), water would start burning in less than 10 minutes.

To prevent mineral build up the vertical supply pipe includes a bleed-off valve. This valve should be adjusted to discard a small amount of the water used to wet the pads.

Water distribution from 1 side won’t be equal as flow line side will have a high pressure and thus dripping increases. I believe multiple inlets should solve water dripping problems.

You have to have dry heat so the Evaporation can take place. in med to High Humidity, it will make the inside of a building feel like a sweat box.

Yes, the system will increase humidity but at the same time, it will cool the air. Evaporating water into the air will remove energy and thereby decrease the temperature. The climate controller will stop the cooling when reaching a user-defined maximum humidity level.

Idea is good but it is not looks good.
Now days having this kind of design in home that's not looks good.
And moreover multiple motors running continuesly results the cost for electricity is also High.
Cleaning is also required atleast once in a month.
