The reason seraphim sans won is because this: Since he has absorbed 7 souls then that would make him on par with asriel dremurr who have infinite defense and attack potency (since he destroyed the barrier in the thought comics which is something only asriel has done)
Are you high? Asriel got thousands of souls inside of him, hence, access to multiple save points that let him have control over multiple timelines. Seraphin scales nowhere to that, he is weak just like Ultra.
