Cool test. I've just bought a digital cheap one too. The price of the expensive ones are not worth it for me. Rather put that money in a set of lasers.
Always remember when selecting tire pressure gauges, the sweet spot for accuracy is in the middle range of a gauges max reading . This is especially true for analog bourdon tube style gauges .

I like the Jaco 100! Works like a champ in the hot or the cold.
You should never use any measurement device that far outside of its calibrated range. A 200 psi gage is for truck tires, not kart tires.
