Non league? Like they are not in a competition? Like la liga, premier league, eredivisie ,serie a championship?
Non-league usually means clubs playing in non-professional leagues. They play in the West of Scotland League Second Division which I believe is the 8th tier of Scotland.

@@jacobmonster7721 can't say fully. National League of England is non-league but have many professionals that been relegated and still stuck there playing a mix of other pros and semi-pros/amateurs but basically.
