They gave the project of the singularity the name of Arahabaki after the god but it's only a singularity. And the ability of Chuuya before the lab is ability enhancement, the scientists gave him gravity manipulation to make the singularity beside that i love the concept of the video (i'm sorry if it's not really clear, english is not my first language)
