Hurricane Lee's path still uncertain, dangerous rip currents expected along East Coast

- Hurricane Lee is a Category 3 storm hovering in the Atlantic, expected to move northward in the coming days. According to the National Hurricane Center, it could ramp up to a Category 4 hurricane later this week. CBS News senior weather and climate producer David Parkinson has more on where the storm could go.

This is what we should do. You know how they have those giant Ferris Wheels like the London Eye? We’ll build one way way bigger and when there’s not a hurricane we just use it as a Ferris Wheel so the tickets pay for the construction. Then when there is a hurricane you turn up the speed all the way and it’s a giant fan and it blows the hurricane away. If you don’t think it will work you’re not thinking big enough.

I know , I thought the ocean was like bath water but then they say it’s going to weaken significantly when it moves into colder water , the truth that hits them in the face is hard to ignore !

Im telling ya . People who live in Long Island and Ct better get ready for a direct hit from Lee. It will cone over the eastern end of LI and then make landfall in the niantic new London area. If you got a generator make sure its ready to go and get enough gas for approximately 3 to 4 days of being without power. New Haven County residents should also heed the same warning because it may track more westward.
Check out New England's Killer Hurricane of 1938. One guy knew it was coming, but the old fogies shouted him down.
