I really like the head take down, it's one of the very few I can consistently pull off, and it doesn't take a lot of fine motor skills. And another reason I like it is, as long as you can grab their head you can pull it off
I guess I shouldn’t disregard soft training as much. But I do still find intentionally poor aiming to still be a bad choice. but you guys did great! 👍 no complaints from me Thanks for the info and video!

As usual another great video from the Kali center ! Yes Ollie learning Kali can be painful ! Lol . Actually any lock you know can be thrown into the mix , but in reality that come along is a hard one to get , but I really like this transition ./ Makes that come along a little easier , thanks for sharing ! KALI LIFE !!!!!
