Excellent presentation and this is following in the footsteps of the "Channel 10 Fishing School" that Capt. Wilson Hubbard did on television when the weather was bad and there was no fishing news to speak of. These modern-day "how to" presentations are even better because of today's Social Media! Great job, Capt. Dylan Hubbard!

It's crazy more people in florida dont talk about this with as many people that snapper fish. Using thawed threadfins and Spanish sardines sucks cus they get so mushy. Brining is really essential.

Have you ever experimented with dye in your brine? Ive had good success dying bunker and mackerel for stripers and sea bass up here in new england. Pink and chartreuse both seem to work. Fished side by side with natural, get twice as many hits on the dyed. Also squid dyed pink is killer for sea bass and porgy

On your 12 hour extremes does the bait you provide already come brined?

Do you have to gut the bait before brining. I'm looking into brining fresh caught spot and perch.
