এই Podcast এর অতিক্ষুদ্র একটা অংশ "On Ershad"। কিন্তু কমেন্টবক্সের সবচেয়ে আলোচিত মানুষ EZ! আমি "On Ershad" part টাই কয়েকবার শুনছি... কিছু মন্তব্য করি। ১। লিংকন ভাইয়ের "অবশ্যই" শব্দটা শুনতে ভালো লাগছে... ২। "3rd album এ তো কোনো কাজই ছিল না...(EZ এর)" (অনেক listener 3rd album এ Artcell কেই খুঁজে পায়নি!) ৩। সাজু ভাই বলতে চেয়েছেন, second album এও EZ এর তেমন ভূমিকা ছিল নাহ! একটা নাম বলতে চেয়েছেন, "তোমাকে", কিন্তু আপনারাই আবার সেটা নিয়ে দ্বিধান্বিত! একটা বিষয় স্পষ্ট, আপনি তার কাজের credit দিতে কার্পণ্য বোধ করছেন। ৪। আপনারা 3rd album এর জন্য একটা গান নেননি (স্পর্শের অনুভূতি), সেটায় EZ এর credit থাকার কারণে। সেটা একটা masterpiece ছিল। এরশাদ জামান নিরুপায় হয়েই গানটা এভাবে release করছে। (হাসুন...) ৫। সাজু ভাই তাকে "composition wise" miss করেন না, ব্যক্তি হিসেবে miss করেন (যেটা EZ আগে ছিল)। এরপর বললেন, "I'd love to hear what new material he is creating... music-wise...ওইটা important " (সমস্যাটা আসলে আপনাদের ব্যক্তিগত। হতে পারে এরশাদ ভাই ১০০ বার কথা দিয়ে কথা রাখেননি। হতে পারে, তিনি কোন misbehave করেছেন। কিন্তু তার music-composition miss না করাটা অদ্ভুত! ) ৬। লিংকন ভাই miss করেন "musician-ship আর composition এর কাজ"। (শুনে ভালো লাগল।) ৭। স্টেজে ফয়সাল ভাই খুব ভালো বাজায়, সেটা সবাই জানে। (জুয়েল ভাই কি perfect বাজান?) অনেক আগে আপনারা একবার একুশে TV তে live এ আসছিলেন। প্রায় ২ ঘন্টার লাইভ ছিল। সেখানে "অনিকেত প্রান্তর" গাইবার সময় লিংকন ভাই, উল্টাপাল্টা লিরিক্স গাওয়া শুরু করছিলেন 😄। (ruclips.net/video/N16Y__WHnYs/видео.html) তাতে কী?! আপনার গান, আপনার চেয়ে কেউ সুরেলা কন্ঠে গাইলে (শতভাগ শুদ্ধ গাইলে), আমরা কি সেটা শুনা শুরু করব?

জন ভাই এর এই পডকাস্ট এর অন্যান্য এপিসোড গুলা হচ্ছে ৯-৫ টার অফিস টাইমের মতই।কিন্তু এই এপিসোড টা হচ্ছে এমন,৫ টার অফিস শেষে বাসায় এসে কেউ যখন শার্ট এর বোতাম গুলা খুলে যখন হাত মুখ ধুয়ে বারান্দায় বসে চা,নাস্তা খায়,তেমন টাইপের। লিংকন ভাই এর মত সচ্ছ মানুষ কমই আছে।যেমন মজার মানুষ, তেমনি বহুবার দেখেছি উনার প্রশংসা কেউ করলে উনি একা ক্রেডিট না নিয়ে আমি থেকে আমরা বলতেই সাচ্ছন্দ্যবোধ করেন।এটা যে কত বড় গুন।পাশাপাশি নিয়ন্ত্রিত জীবনযাপনের অভ্যস্ততার কথা শুনে আমি খুবই খুশি।আমি চাই উনি শারিরীকভাবে মানুষিকভাবে আরো ফিট থাকুন।নিজের গান,পাশাপাশি সংসার নিয়ে শান্তিতে থাকুন।আজকে খুব ভাল লাগল যে উনার কথা আমি শুনতে পাইলাম বেশি।সাধারণত উনি চুপচাপ শুনে।বলে কম।কিন্তু এই পর্বে উনি যথেষ্ট ভালো কিছু পয়েন্ট বলেছেন। বাচ্চু ভাই এর হার্টে সমস্যা ছিল দীর্ঘদিন,কখনো বুঝতেও দেন নি।পত্রিকায় ফেসবুকে বলে বেড়াননি যে আমি অসুস্থ, আমার শরীর খারাপ।শুনেছি অসুস্থতার কথা বললে উনি রেগে যেতেন! কেন? কারন দুইটা,এক গানবাজনাই ছিল উনার রুটিরুজি। না ইনকাম করলে নিজে,ব্যান্ড,আরো দুই চার লোক যে খাটে তারা কিভাবে চলবে,দুই,স্বার্থপর এই দুনিয়ায় আপনি আড়াল হয়ে যাওয়া মানেই হারিয়ে যাওয়া।আপনাকে পেছনে ফেলে দেয়ার জন্য এইটুকুই যথেষ্ট যে আপনি আপাতত কাজ করছেন না।ফলে এটা বাচ্চু ভাই কখনোই চান নি।গলা খারাপ হোক,শারীরিক অসুস্থতা হোক কিংবা মনের কষ্ট যতই থাকুক। artcell এ যখন লিংকন ভাই একাই টেনে নিয়ে গেছেন তখন তার ক্ষেত্রেও রুটিরুজিটা বেশি প্রাধান্য পেয়েছে,মানুষ হেসেছে,মজা করেছে কিন্তু তিনি গায়ে মাখেননি। আবার ব্ল্যাকের অন্যান্য সদস্যরা জন ভাই কে যেটা বলেছেন সেটাও এক অর্থে সত্যি।গান বানানোর পর সেটা নিয়ে বহুত কিছু হতে পারে,বরং ঘাবড়ে যাওয়া,পালিয়ে যাওয়া অথবা হারিয়ে যাওয়ার ভয়টা পেলেই ক্ষতি।জন ভাই যে বলেছেন একই গান আর কত।এই কাজটা যারাই বছরের পর বছর এত না ভেবে করে গেছেন তারা সফল হয়েছে বলেই তাদের গান গুলা নিয়ে ইন্ডালোর ১৯৯৬ এখন এতটাই জনপ্রিয় যে এটা স্টেজে না করলে অরগানাইজারও আফসোস করবে! এটাই বাস্তবতা।মানুষের জন্য কিছু করে ফেললে সেটা মানুষ যতবার যতভাবে চাইবে,করতেই হবে।

Without Ershad Zaman, Artcell doesn’t sound like Artcell! It's loud and clear! The third album of Artcell doesn't even define Artcell. So it's clear that Ershad Zaman has severely impacted Artcell's composition. Creating something nobody could beat Ershad Zaman. Composition-wise, Ershad Zaman is best and compatible with Artcell. Faysal Bhai can replicate the sound not only just for Artcell but also rest of the bands in the Bangladesh music industry. Live performance-wise, Faysal Bhai is the best other than any guitarist in Bangladesh. Anyway, Good Luck!
I dont feel an Artcell fan anymore. Shaju vai has lost his image undermining a founder member. This was not the first time, he did this many times. This is a shameful act mocking and laughing on an ex member.
I don't understand why Mr. Shaju hates Ershad Zaman so much. In every interviews he tries his best to insult him and put him down as much as possible. The way he laughed at Ershad Zaman 45:58 was not good at all. If you want to prove Otritiyo is better, new guitarists of Artcell are better then why you always need to put Ershad Zaman down!

This felt like being in adda with my own friends. Loved how frankly and openly Jon and Lincoln bhai talked about their lives, philosophy, music and most importantly, struggles and overcoming them! With due respect to shaju and cezanne, Lincoln and Ershad formed the core of the band along with the lyrisicts. Besides, the issues of Ershad were mainly with lincoln yet he didn’t dare to deny the imminent void left by Ershad nor cancel out his contribution in previous albums. With the issues in mind he just said "obosshoi". This man has got an incredibly honest and pure soul. Mad respect to Lincoln bhai 🙏. In contrast what shaju said was utterly frustrating and disgraceful and his logics to justify those bs is more hilarious. Shaju may be one of the most talented drummers out there but the band he is known for is nothing without Ershad, admitting this fact would not make things any better for ershad.

I should not have commented here but one thing I’m surely gotta say after hearing Shaju bhai’s take on the contribution of Ershad bhai towards Artcell : See , Marty revolutionized the sound of Megadeth to a different dimension through his iconic solos. On recent live shows , maybe Kiko or Teemu are playing the solos with even much more clarity and precision as if you’re listening with CD type accuracy but when Marty played his solos as you can see the footages from their recent Tokyo show , he has his own impeccable touch which is impossible to replicate. Anyone with extravagant skills can cover someone’s creation like a beast but the creativity or the person behind that remarkable creation is incomparable.. It’s very normal to have grudges or hard feelings on someone even if they did something really shitty but discrediting someone’s contribution on creating an intricate part of your band’s sound is actually a wrong code of conduct and completely unacceptable … Even I too admit , Jewel bhai and Faisal bhai are incredible guitar players undoubtedly but it shouldn’t be measured in parameters as if who’s better than whom cuz everyone has a different approach towards perceiving music , some perceive feel /groove more than technicality /skills and vice versa Even Lincoln bhai with his humility accepted the favorable contributions of Ershad bhai on the first place.

The way Saju vai laughed at Ershad Vai, it was unexpected. Artcell was much better when Saju vai used to talk less. Ershad vai proved again with his new song what New Artcell couldn't do with a whole album with two guitarists, though they can cover Ershad zaman's solo very well. But felt the sadness of Lincoln vai after hearing the Ershad vai's name. 😢
You guys are music politicians. I am sorry to say that I started losing respect for both of you guys as a fan. Ershad's melody parts and your parts blended together and made a good taste for the fans, which are completely missing in your new album. If you don’t want to continue with him at least you should show some respect for him what he has done for the band. Artcell is not the same anymore and as a fan am not liking it.

এই Podcast এর অতিক্ষুদ্র একটা অংশ "On Ershad"। কিন্তু কমেন্টবক্সের সবচেয়ে আলোচিত মানুষ EZ! আমি "On Ershad" part টাই কয়েকবার শুনছি... কিছু মন্তব্য করি।
১। লিংকন ভাইয়ের "অবশ্যই" শব্দটা শুনতে ভালো লাগছে...
২। "3rd album এ তো কোনো কাজই ছিল না...(EZ এর)" (অনেক listener 3rd album এ Artcell কেই খুঁজে পায়নি!)
৩। সাজু ভাই বলতে চেয়েছেন, second album এও EZ এর তেমন ভূমিকা ছিল নাহ! একটা নাম বলতে চেয়েছেন, "তোমাকে", কিন্তু আপনারাই আবার সেটা নিয়ে দ্বিধান্বিত! একটা বিষয় স্পষ্ট, আপনি তার কাজের credit দিতে কার্পণ্য বোধ করছেন।
৪। আপনারা 3rd album এর জন্য একটা গান নেননি (স্পর্শের অনুভূতি), সেটায় EZ এর credit থাকার কারণে। সেটা একটা masterpiece ছিল। এরশাদ জামান নিরুপায় হয়েই গানটা এভাবে release করছে। (হাসুন...)
৫। সাজু ভাই তাকে "composition wise" miss করেন না, ব্যক্তি হিসেবে miss করেন (যেটা EZ আগে ছিল)। এরপর বললেন, "I'd love to hear what new material he is creating... music-wise...ওইটা important " (সমস্যাটা আসলে আপনাদের ব্যক্তিগত। হতে পারে এরশাদ ভাই ১০০ বার কথা দিয়ে কথা রাখেননি। হতে পারে, তিনি কোন misbehave করেছেন। কিন্তু তার music-composition miss না করাটা অদ্ভুত! )
৬। লিংকন ভাই miss করেন "musician-ship আর composition এর কাজ"। (শুনে ভালো লাগল।)
৭। স্টেজে ফয়সাল ভাই খুব ভালো বাজায়, সেটা সবাই জানে। (জুয়েল ভাই কি perfect বাজান?)
অনেক আগে আপনারা একবার একুশে TV তে live এ আসছিলেন। প্রায় ২ ঘন্টার লাইভ ছিল। সেখানে "অনিকেত প্রান্তর" গাইবার সময় লিংকন ভাই, উল্টাপাল্টা লিরিক্স গাওয়া শুরু করছিলেন 😄। (ruclips.net/video/N16Y__WHnYs/видео.html) তাতে কী?! আপনার গান, আপনার চেয়ে কেউ সুরেলা কন্ঠে গাইলে (শতভাগ শুদ্ধ গাইলে), আমরা কি সেটা শুনা শুরু করব?

জন ভাই এর এই পডকাস্ট এর অন্যান্য এপিসোড গুলা হচ্ছে ৯-৫ টার অফিস টাইমের মতই।কিন্তু এই এপিসোড টা হচ্ছে এমন,৫ টার অফিস শেষে বাসায় এসে কেউ যখন শার্ট এর বোতাম গুলা খুলে যখন হাত মুখ ধুয়ে বারান্দায় বসে চা,নাস্তা খায়,তেমন টাইপের।
লিংকন ভাই এর মত সচ্ছ মানুষ কমই আছে।যেমন মজার মানুষ, তেমনি বহুবার দেখেছি উনার প্রশংসা কেউ করলে উনি একা ক্রেডিট না নিয়ে আমি থেকে আমরা বলতেই সাচ্ছন্দ্যবোধ করেন।এটা যে কত বড় গুন।পাশাপাশি নিয়ন্ত্রিত জীবনযাপনের অভ্যস্ততার কথা শুনে আমি খুবই খুশি।আমি চাই উনি শারিরীকভাবে মানুষিকভাবে আরো ফিট থাকুন।নিজের গান,পাশাপাশি সংসার নিয়ে শান্তিতে থাকুন।আজকে খুব ভাল লাগল যে উনার কথা আমি শুনতে পাইলাম বেশি।সাধারণত উনি চুপচাপ শুনে।বলে কম।কিন্তু এই পর্বে উনি যথেষ্ট ভালো কিছু পয়েন্ট বলেছেন।
বাচ্চু ভাই এর হার্টে সমস্যা ছিল দীর্ঘদিন,কখনো বুঝতেও দেন নি।পত্রিকায় ফেসবুকে বলে বেড়াননি যে আমি অসুস্থ, আমার শরীর খারাপ।শুনেছি অসুস্থতার কথা বললে উনি রেগে যেতেন! কেন? কারন দুইটা,এক গানবাজনাই ছিল উনার রুটিরুজি। না ইনকাম করলে নিজে,ব্যান্ড,আরো দুই চার লোক যে খাটে তারা কিভাবে চলবে,দুই,স্বার্থপর এই দুনিয়ায় আপনি আড়াল হয়ে যাওয়া মানেই হারিয়ে যাওয়া।আপনাকে পেছনে ফেলে দেয়ার জন্য এইটুকুই যথেষ্ট যে আপনি আপাতত কাজ করছেন না।ফলে এটা বাচ্চু ভাই কখনোই চান নি।গলা খারাপ হোক,শারীরিক অসুস্থতা হোক কিংবা মনের কষ্ট যতই থাকুক।
artcell এ যখন লিংকন ভাই একাই টেনে নিয়ে গেছেন তখন তার ক্ষেত্রেও রুটিরুজিটা বেশি প্রাধান্য পেয়েছে,মানুষ হেসেছে,মজা করেছে কিন্তু তিনি গায়ে মাখেননি।
আবার ব্ল্যাকের অন্যান্য সদস্যরা জন ভাই কে যেটা বলেছেন সেটাও এক অর্থে সত্যি।গান বানানোর পর সেটা নিয়ে বহুত কিছু হতে পারে,বরং ঘাবড়ে যাওয়া,পালিয়ে যাওয়া অথবা হারিয়ে যাওয়ার ভয়টা পেলেই ক্ষতি।জন ভাই যে বলেছেন একই গান আর কত।এই কাজটা যারাই বছরের পর বছর এত না ভেবে করে গেছেন তারা সফল হয়েছে বলেই তাদের গান গুলা নিয়ে ইন্ডালোর ১৯৯৬ এখন এতটাই জনপ্রিয় যে এটা স্টেজে না করলে অরগানাইজারও আফসোস করবে! এটাই বাস্তবতা।মানুষের জন্য কিছু করে ফেললে সেটা মানুষ যতবার যতভাবে চাইবে,করতেই হবে।

Without Ershad Zaman, Artcell doesn’t sound like Artcell! It's loud and clear! The third album of Artcell doesn't even define Artcell. So it's clear that Ershad Zaman has severely impacted Artcell's composition.
Creating something nobody could beat Ershad Zaman. Composition-wise, Ershad Zaman is best and compatible with Artcell.
Faysal Bhai can replicate the sound not only just for Artcell but also rest of the bands in the Bangladesh music industry. Live performance-wise, Faysal Bhai is the best other than any guitarist in Bangladesh.

I dont feel an Artcell fan anymore. Shaju vai has lost his image undermining a founder member. This was not the first time, he did this many times. This is a shameful act mocking and laughing on an ex member.
I don't understand why Mr. Shaju hates Ershad Zaman so much. In every interviews he tries his best to insult him and put him down as much as possible. The way he laughed at Ershad Zaman 45:58 was not good at all. If you want to prove Otritiyo is better, new guitarists of Artcell are better then why you always need to put Ershad Zaman down!

জনাব, সাজু ভাই ( আর্টসেল) আপনি প্রায়শই এরশাদ ভাইকে বিভিন্ন সাক্ষাৎকারে হেয় করার অভিপ্রায়ে থাকেন। গতকাল PODCAST (Jon Kabir) এ আপনি একই চেষ্টা করেছেন। ৪৫:৫৮ নিয়ে আপনি যে উপহাস করেছেন তা মোটেই গ্রহণযোগ্য না।
আমরা আর্টসেলকে একটা ইজম হিসাবে ধারণ করতাম.যে আর্টসেল রুম্মান,রুপক,এরশাদ,লিংকন, সেজান,সাজু নিয়ে গঠিত ছিলো। বর্তমান আর্টসেল দম্ভ অহংকারী যা অনভিপ্রেত। রুমপ,রুম্মান,এরশাদকে জন্মদিনে নূন্যতম সৌজন্যেতায় শুভেচ্ছাও জানানো হয়না।
Ershad Zaman সাথে আপনাদের ব্যাক্তিগত রেষারেষি থাকতেই পারে কিন্তু নূন্যতম শিষ্টাচার বজায় রাখা যায়। জন, তাহসান, কেউ ব্ল্যাকে নেই কিন্তু তাদের একটা লাইভ দেখেছি যা সৌহার্দপূর্ণ ছিলো।❤🙏❤
আর হ্যাঁ লিংকন ভাই আপনি আমার সামনে বলেছিলেন, "যখন রিফাত বাজায় তখন মাঝেমধ্যে আমি বিঁচি খুঁজে পাইনা" এবং এরশাদের প্রশংসায় ভেসেছিলেন। আপনি এরশাদকে মিস করেননা কিন্তু তার নাম আসার সাথে সাথে আপনি বিষন্ন হয়েছিলেন সাক্ষাৎকারে।

With due respect to shaju and cezanne, Lincoln and Ershad formed the core of the band along with the lyrisicts. Besides, the issues of Ershad were mainly with lincoln yet he didn’t dare to deny the imminent void left by Ershad nor cancel out his contribution in previous albums. With the issues in mind he just said "obosshoi". This man has got an incredibly honest and pure soul. Mad respect to Lincoln bhai 🙏.
In contrast what shaju said was utterly frustrating and disgraceful and his logics to justify those bs is more hilarious. Shaju may be one of the most talented drummers out there but the band he is known for is nothing without Ershad, admitting this fact would not make things any better for ershad.

I should not have commented here but one thing I’m surely gotta say after hearing Shaju bhai’s take on the contribution of Ershad bhai towards Artcell :
See , Marty revolutionized the sound of Megadeth to a different dimension through his iconic solos. On recent live shows , maybe Kiko or Teemu are playing the solos with even much more clarity and precision as if you’re listening with CD type accuracy but when Marty played his solos as you can see the footages from their recent Tokyo show , he has his own impeccable touch which is impossible to replicate. Anyone with extravagant skills can cover someone’s creation like a beast but the creativity or the person behind that remarkable creation is incomparable.. It’s very normal to have grudges or hard feelings on someone even if they did something really shitty but discrediting someone’s contribution on creating an intricate part of your band’s sound is actually a wrong code of conduct and completely unacceptable … Even I too admit , Jewel bhai and Faisal bhai are incredible guitar players undoubtedly but it shouldn’t be measured in parameters as if who’s better than whom cuz everyone has a different approach towards perceiving music , some perceive feel /groove more than technicality /skills and vice versa
Even Lincoln bhai with his humility accepted the favorable contributions of Ershad bhai on the first place.

The way Saju vai laughed at Ershad Vai, it was unexpected. Artcell was much better when Saju vai used to talk less. Ershad vai proved again with his new song what New Artcell couldn't do with a whole album with two guitarists, though they can cover Ershad zaman's solo very well. But felt the sadness of Lincoln vai after hearing the Ershad vai's name. 😢

You guys are music politicians. I am sorry to say that I started losing respect for both of you guys as a fan. Ershad's melody parts and your parts blended together and made a good taste for the fans, which are completely missing in your new album. If you don’t want to continue with him at least you should show some respect for him what he has done for the band. Artcell is not the same anymore and as a fan am not liking it.
