Thanks, I might never have thought of a solution that seems so easy. I combined your idea with the candy of my childhood (Sweet Tarts) & came up with a reproduction that says "Be Mine" :)

Hi 😃 if your clay isn’t sticking together, you can blend the seams together like I did in the video @1:56 . I only blended the top but, you should do the top, sides and bottom. Hope this helps you, let me know if you need more help 😃
