That caliper is wrong that you fitted. The pads that you need for that caliper you fitted will have 3 pronged clips on the back. Which is like on a Seat leon 1p 1.9tdi. Check the pads on the passenger side and you'll see that they differ. Hope that makes sense.

This van is a pain. Somethings never go right and this is one of those. The issue with you being supplied with wrong parts has not helped. You will be glad to see it go no doubt.
