its hard to make a skin for xayah because she barely has any flashy spell effects and also her base skin is just perfect already........ its a good skin but is it better than her base? nope... maybe if it was legendary and she got new voice lines and gave a chroma that was reminiscent of her base skin color scheme... its probably her third best skin (Behind base and star guardian). im at the point where i dont really enjoy the 1350 skins because a lot of the times, the voice lines just dont match the skin concept. look at milios rain skin for example. talking about fire when the skin casts water. it would be a great skin if it was legendary with new voicelines, but nope!
