It’s essentially important to have a solid understanding of the most fundamental components of data center. This video is extremely helpful to understand the basic concept of networking and data center.

In time 5:10 AM - If you make your rack top heavy then yes you can tip over the rack. You put battery backups, UPS etc on the bottom FIRST and install from the bottom normally. And yes it is recommended to bolt down the racks especially in seismic prone areas or tall buildings (Sway). or other intensive weather prone areas. Also dont forget your groundings.

you didnt really talk much of the different types of racks. Like telecommunication rack that arent designed for rackservers and are only 800mm in depth or less. You also have the sizes in depth of 1070mm and 1200mm and that is designed for rackservers which can be very deep+cabling behind the server. you also have cable arms for dell and Lenovo which takes up extra space in depth of the rack. This is stuff you should have had in this video.
And stuff like heavy stuff on the bottom like UPS's, rack NAS and rackservers below in the middle for weight balance. Its how I have read up on stuff and how I see it.
You also didnt talk much about top-of-rack and the other option for switches that are designed.
You are also giving the impression of this video/kinda that you 15" rack can take the space of an rackserver, and rackserver+switches/routers in the back. 3:27 mark is telecommunication rack which is only for routers, switches and UPS's with some rackshelves and a rack console.
But i really hope you are going to do a series with this as well.

Its kind of like a American Football post. Two poles on the side. Its geared toward networking equipment (switches.routers) NOT servers.
