Thank you for another great build guide! I suppose this build gives better boss dps than WW+CR? Clear speed is probably only a bit slower. Would it still work well if going for persistence + maximized dmg focus? I want to transition from Wheel Slash to this build, so quite hesitated of re-building the whole gear set again for crit build.
Should get more overall damage from combo than ww. I don't think clear speed is going to be that much slower. Some maps ww outperforms but not significantly so. You can absolutely build noncrit. Most builds you could go either way. In general noncrit is more budget friendly since gearing is a bit easier and crit will be more potential damage but also more difficult to gear.
Yeah I think it should be decent. I used combo/illusion hooks to level with and it went really nicely. Use Find Weakness early on to get your crit up and should be fine. Crit isn't as important in the campaign since you don't have a whole lot bonus crit damage anyway.

For heavier damage (that I currently lack), and if I do it one at a time, can Combo trigger TF? Would adding Convert Poison Damage to Combo work with TF?? Thanks for taking my questions. I'm just trying to find a high damage build I can use in farming.
Update: I made the switch from Toxic Flame to Charge Release, and finally got the Awakening you suggested. It is WAAAAYYYY more powerful than TF ever was. Thank you very much for that advice, because so far...it crushes the lower tier maps. You mentioned that even the Combo and Charge Release is NOT the strongest build for damage.....may I ask what is the highest damage build?? Thanks again for the previous advice, and I look forward to your reply on this new question.
is Undecember still alive? Ive used to play a lot before Diablo launch but P2W spoiled it a lot... Was there any SIGNIFICANT updates about it recently?
Inventory boosted to 300, progression sped up, pet becoming free in season 3, origin mode added (gear drops now / no enchanting), a couple acts added. I definitely like the updates. Made me come back for more.

Solid build! Thinking about to use it in s3. Its gonna be good for leveling also? You cannot min-max crit during leveling I belive?

Toxic flame is solid and easy to get up and running but falls off later on with damage. Whirlwind charge release definitely a winner for farming.

@@OneRedFeatherStudios. if you want a high damage melee build that pairs well w/ charge release id recommend Lightning Vortex. Very solid option!

I heard next season people try to get bleed … because in s3 the unique lacrima will be insane what u think about?
yeah bleeds are getting a big buff in the upcoming season. will have to wait to see if it actually does well.

I really wish they would introduce a "straight to tower" mode in this game so you don't have to go through the whole campaign again

Yeah this is still good. Still my favorite build and has been performing well IMO. Very fast. Charge release is still a top tier spell.
