- (Spoilers are from "Commander Anne" and earlier episodes). Usually we don't make an Amphibia AMV using songs many people have already used as AMVs, but today, we're making an exception. To celebrate this 100+ subscribers special, here is an AMV that contains mostly scenes from recent episodes of Amphibia (including Season 3B). We also made one for The Owl House using a different song and it is here ( • The Owl House AMV | 10... ).

Self-imposed Creativity Challenge Information
Challenge # 10
Title of Challenge: "Break the Rules - Level 2"
AMV Titles: "My Demons" (Starset); "Can't Hold Us" (Mackelmore and Ryan Lewis)
Instructions:
1. Before March 19th, initially pre-select two (2) songs from the official song restriction list (an internal list of songs where everybody uses for TOH/Amphibia AMVs).
2. Wait for new episodes of TOH/Amphibia on March 19th and March 26th.
3. Then, somehow create one TOH and one Amphibia AMV using each of these pre-selected songs and mostly scenes from the new episodes. You may only use the scenes of one series for each song. You may use episodes before these.
4. Starting March 19th, you may NOT change any of the pre-selected songs.
5. Needless to say, you are also NOT allowed to watch any other AMV of TOH and Amphibia using the pre-selected songs until our AMVs are done.

I am taking this opportunity to thank you guys again for supporting the channel (comments, subs, likes, etc.). I am simply overwhelmed with the recent growth of views and subscribers. I am also making the following announcements:
1. While both "The Owl House" and "Amphibia" are showing new episodes on the same weekend - for every two weeks (April 9, April 23, etc.), I will be publishing at least one (1) AMV each for "The Owl House" and for "Amphibia." This may be a full length AMV or a short/edit.
2. The next subscribers special (of AMVs using very popular songs) will happen once we hit 200+ subscribers. If we're lucky, this can happen as early as the next time I publish AMVs (April 9th).
3. The events of both "Amphibia" and "The Owl House" are now moving in critical unpredictable directions. At this stage in the game, anything nasty can happen, so I advise you all to pray and have those giant tissues ready, hehehe (ruclips.net/video/9fm7MrbTsD0/видео.html).
4. Also, because these events are moving every week, it is now more difficult to make well-thought out music videos these days. Nonetheless, I will embrace this challenge for you guys!

Ah yes, the traditional angsty amv, gosh I missed this stuff from when other shows were coming out in like 2010
Yeah. Amphibia has a lot of dramatic/angsty moments so that's why this is the case. It's rarer to find Amphibia AMVs that are more upbeat.
I don't go out of my way to look for those so I wouldn't know. Either way you did great job with it, love the song choice ❤️

Agreed, and its used by many others as well. Normally I would challenge myself creatively by not using such songs, but it's a subscribers special so it's alright for now. 👍

Posting just before the episode "All In" about the part of this AMV (2:33):
1. I portrayed it that way in this AMV, because I thought that Anne should've acknowledged Marcy on that part of the story (since Anne has been on earth for sometime and that was the last time she saw Marcy in, before meeting Darcy).
2. At the same time, for me this part could be also a foreshadowing of what may happen to Anne (probably here in "All In" or in the next/final episode, "The Hardest Thing"). I am not ready for Anne to be stabbed, but it seems to be pointing to it (pun not intended, hahaha).

Yes, it is. By luck, I even watched "True Colors" again just before this episode, so for me, it was pretty on the nose when they portrayed Anne that way.

You know what? You are absolutely in luck, because for the 200+ subs special on April 9th (and this is no April Fools joke), "Believer" (Imagine Dragons) is going to be the next Amphibia AMV! I'll also use clips from tomorrow ("Sasha's Angels"/"Olm Town Road"), aside from clips in Seasons 1 & 2.
