- In this video, we'll show you how to make paintball cheaters angry with 300 fps sniper rounds aka First Strike Rounds. Paintball is a fun game, but it can be ruined by people who cheat.

Just to clarify, the rounds I'm using are called "first strike rounds" they are "sniper rounds", I'm just using a red dot sight because my scope had died :)
Poor dude at 7:18 didn't get hit. The paint exploded in front of his foot and he retreated, but due to the distance everyone thought he "reacted to the pain" and was cheating. Press F for respect as he decides to go for revive instead of starting to argue.
It's a shame how much the sport of paintballing has actually died. I guess its just became too costly for most people. I used to paintball on almost a weekly basis until the sport started to die in the mid-2000s. Let's bring it back yeah...

Not at my local field, they charge us for using our own gear.
I'll never understand why anybody plays a sport to cheat. If you win by cheating you didn't really win. You cheated. How is there any satisfaction from cheating ?
And people do this shit alllll the time in scenarios. All it takes is for 1 person to cheat, piss off someone else. Then they cheat making 2 others cheat. Endless cycle. Get hit, put your hand up and walk out.
I agree with you but I can sorta get why In paintball for me it’s more fun to play fair in any game but in paintball some people don’t want to get out because they wanna just keep shooting and playing instead of going back to the spawn.
Maybe paintball should have a kiddy pool for the ones who suck and get shot too soon but want to keep playing. So there's another ring ?

There’s cheating in every sport. Basketball people get away with fouls, double dribbles etc. Soccer, like my ex gfs, fake af. Football, face mask, holding. Unfortunately there’s just always gonna be people who don’t truly love the sport. Just play to win at any means. Thank you for exposing them, makes the honest ones feel good to see the cheaters get caught red handed.

Personally love a battle against all odds, on paintball sights they used to play a game called fox and hounds, 5 people were foxes and the remaining players, hounds. The aim was for the 5 players to survive for 15 minutes while the hounds hunted them, this was played on a 21 acre sight. Always loved to be the fox :)

Paintballing is loaded with cheaters, i went on the weekend. Me and my mate was a walk on, the group we got placed in wasn't as strong as the opposing team. But our team grew with confidence as the games went on. We were getting more aggressive then them. But they managed to make it to the defensive position before us and regardless of how many times they were hit they wouldn't walk of the pitch, and they were plastered with paintballs we complained to the Marshall but they did nothing so our team walked off and refused to play these cheaters.

Sometimes yes there can be a lot of cheaters i mostly blame refs for not doing their job, but big events like this would be hard to keep track, and sometimes cheaters can be fun.. Forget the objective just keep lighting up the cheater until their hand goes up or they explode lol

This is the first Paintballer i've actually considered watching. Always stayed away from paintball cuz it's like pretty colors flying every, very unrealistic uniforms, guns but then i saw this guy. You're starting to change my thoughts Nightmare PB :)

Yeah, it's unrealistic army because Paintball didn't want to be "army" it just liked the use of camouflage.
2:43 i think its about having fun. If your team is good enough to push a team back then your team is good enough to handle an extra challenge.

Honestly, cheating is kind of part of the sport. People wipe in the NXL all the time and don't get caught. Its alot harder when there are tons of refs like that, but it definitely happens.

To be honest I like the idea of the "gas", pushing the dominant team back to give the other team a chance and make the game fun again for both sides. Some ideas in paintball games can be really awesome for the game dynamic. Like some OMG games, where the first strike users a limited on both teams, which makes them more special. As someone who hasnt that much money to spend on paintball, I would hate to be one 10 players who play roundballs in a big event with 200 or more players who all play first strikes. Game rules/ideas that even the field for all kinds of players (new players as well as hardcore pros) are awesome!
Edit: I have never seen so many weak cheaters in one game, wow...

@@NightmarePB it just kills me. When I started playing, most people where honest. And what the cheaters don't understand is if they just call them selves out, like everyone else you can start the next game faster.
The first player reacted real bad. He was experience enough to check for bounces. If one does that in the open you are open for freballing. When he acknowledges the hit he continued talking as a dead player, revealing your position with hand signals.
Is that feel playing a three-hit and you're out rule, or is everyone there cheating. People wonder why I play the shoot until the hand goes up rule, if you don't want to look like a Christmas tree you call yourself out right away.
my thoughts on using "poison gas" to push back an aggressive team: Everyone is there to have fun, and getting steamrolled isn't fun... at least for most people... so to keep the game as fun for everyone as possible, I approve.
My personal preference... STEAMROLL! I love seeing how long I can last in a steamroll.
You would enjoy a game mode I played once. I forget the name of it, but you have about 5 people defending an objective (In our case, a van) that is allowed to use full auto. The attackers are the rest of the people on the field, who have to get a "bomb" that is placed in the open close to the defenders and place it inside the van. They only have semi auto, but it's about 3-4 attackers to each defender (The ratio of the team sizes) Honestly other than normal TDM or hardpoint, it is one of my favorite game modes to play. The defenders have 3 lives each while the attackers have infinite respawns, but you could play that to whatever rules you like. With the right team and field, you can have a serious blast.

Just played today at my home field, came home, logged on, and watched some Nightmare kick ass!!
I love that using first Strikes essentially puts you into a designated marksman role in these scenario games, looks great fun

Looks to me like berrel guy was just delayed on calling his hit because it looked like he wasn't sure if the paint had broke. I did see a ton of people not calling their hits and that's what makes the sport unfair. Especially if it's a new player an they made that shot an a cheater doesn't want to not call their hits. It could discourage then to want to playing more.
Keep up the awesome work but take it easy man. Don't hurt yourself. How can we watch awesome paintball content if you put yourself out of commission. You're one of the very few paintball RUclipsrs I actually watch and has good content.

@@NightmarePB yeah we aren't spring chickens anymore lol. I'm 34 years old and the hard work I've done over the years in consideration and other hard labor work has shown me that my body needs to go in for some maintenance and a tune up.

There's not a lot that of this happening in paintball, but once in a while it happens. Don't be scared, just play... you'll love it!
Hey Nightmare! I responded to a lot of people with misinformation about your gun and deleted those comments since realizing what gun it ACTUALLY is. Wanted to apologize for any confusion or misinformation I may have caused for anyone. (It is the MCS 468 by the way) It looks VERY similar to a T15, so my initial reaction was to be helpful and tell some people, but I was wrong.

I was there for that game and even being stuck on that side of the field it was probably one of my funnest moment of playing paintball. I loved playing the medic and running around everywhere i probably lost a few pound that day but got some gigantic sun burns ahahah! Hope to see you on june 9th!

I injured my knee back in 2016, had surgery; but it still acts up from time to time.

As someone who has played paintball and airsoft its astonishing to me that people still cheat in paintball...your fucking MARKED. I prefer airsoft but its even harder to get people who are DISHONEST to call their hits.

@@NightmarePB You should guns can be anywhere from sub 100 bucks to as much or more than their real steel counterparts. BBS on the other hand its not uncommon to get 3000-4000 even 5k per bag for 10-20 dollers (brand wheight/ bio or not ect.)...needless to say its much more affordable to play from an ongoing standpoint. I also love the Replica weapons and you can even use REAL gear if you so wish. Many veterans and sometimes even active military have fun with airsoft too. AS i noted though its Really Best if you can play with friends and people you trust to call hits. I KNOW i have had times where people swear they hit me and i have even called myself HIT not being sure...and also had time where i Swore up and down i hit someone else...well it can happen that i did NOT hit him but he did hit me...Yes it can be Frustrating but TRY to Keep things FUN and call your hits. IF you cannot feel it you DEFINITELY can HEAR the bbs hitting ur vest ect its makes a POP sound. Sry this was so long...if you have any questions I am totally down to answer.

If it's accidental, like you got hit in the helmet and didn't realize it or something, I don't think I'd call that "cheating".
You should check out the D-day game at Prairie Storm paintball in moose jaw Sask he recreated the beach landings at Omaha and Juno beaches you get to come out of the landing craft and everything. Supper epic!!! I had a amazing time even with all the paint breaking in my gear

I don’t mean to be that guy but first strikes have the unfortunate quality of being hard as a brick and I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of them bounced of the players. I got clobbered with quite a few as a ref at a similar kind of event and none of them broke. We used to go around and collect them for weeks after because they could hit a tree and be perfectly fine afterwards.

@Knight-Sgt. Reyes yeah I definitely prefer to load a tougher roundball like graffiti instead of FSR even if it is a bit of a handicap. It’s also way cheaper.

You should come down to North Carolina in November for a paintball event called Fulda Gap. It is a 1300 person game that is extremely fun
What marker is he using? I haven't seen a first strike be serviced like when he crushed it in the reciever/bolt just above the magazine.

I think it was the mags, I had quite a few of my followers not feed properly.
I'm all for pushing back the aggressive/dominate team. I have been on the receiving end of a few one sided scenario events and during one large event we got pushed off the field twice, not fun.
One-sided games are no fun, poison gas seems like a good idea. Never played in big game like this though so /shrug

Seems like cheating is more common in scenario play. In the average rec ball game at my local field refs usually pretty good about catching cheaters

Id browse pbnation and McCarterBrown (if those are still things) for good quality used markers for that kind of budget. If you can spring a few more dollars get the new mechanical emek which i think retails for about 200-250$ its beautiful.

ApexPulse I would go for the tippman Cronus or gryphon good starter guns abt $130 to $100 dollars
Definitely would recommend a Tippmann Cronus for durability and quality. The gun shoots very well and is fairly easy to fix (which you won't have to do anytime soon). Very highly customizable and is a beast when you attach a longer barrel, in the future of course. I've been playing paintball for a little over a year and still am stuck using the Cronus. I will be getting a new gun soon but will be keeping my Cronus

If it's supposed to be "D-Day" it's supposed to be defensive positions.
I honestly can't stand when people say over shooting. There is no such thing as over shooting in paintball. And this dude is right. If you don't get out right away or put your hand up. Then when your shooting in paintball 95% of the time a few more balls already came your way. Also if you play speed ball or someone shooting an electric marker. There shooting 10.5 BPS or even on semi. There trigger finger on semi I'm sorry to say is super fast. So yes alot of paint is going to fly your way. So don't get mad and upset if you get hit with few extra balls. Also when someone is shooting 10.5 by the time you stop pulling that trigger 10-20 balls have already flew in that direction. So there's nothing that person can do to control how many are going to hit you. And my last point people cheat all the time. Not everyone calls there hits, balls don't break all the time on impact and people wipe all the time. So yes I do it too and always send a few extra someone's way. It's paintball get over it stop crying. Your going to get hit multiple times it's all part of the game. If you don't like it or want to cry about it. When there's no such thing as over shooting. Unless it's malicious intent or intentionally. Then there is no such thing as over shooting someone. If you get upset or want to cry about getting hit with a few extra balls. Then either go play airsoft or don't play the sport at all. We all come out here to have fun and you crying about a few extra balls. And crying about over shooting cause you got with 5 or 6 extra balls. Then don't play the sport at all, or stop crying and whining about it

And that’s exactly why first strike rounds aren’t allowed at most fields.
They're allowed at plenty of fields. It's not always the round but the velocity at which people shoot them at. Some choose to run .68 instead if the field velocity is too low for their liking when it comes to shooting first strikes

Hey man, you need to watch it with those hit markers. At 6:25 you shot multiple that you considered "hits" but you can clearly see them land just short in the leaves in front of that guy. Those weren't hits and you made that guy look like a cheater to people who trusted your hit markers. And you did it again @ 6:55 and said, "You gonna call that?" when it clearly didn't hit him. I know you might have thought it hit, but after reviewing the video you should have seen that it didn't. Your shots are extremely close, but just a hair short. Then the poor guy got pressured into thinking he got hit.

No when I play everyone is very nice and in Florida so yeah and everyone call their hits
