I can relate to this so much, I can be so much better than I am, health wise, career wise, mentally. But I would put off gym and bettering myself, to smoke and watch the usual apps. Last 2 weeks I’ve slowed down my smoking, been open to friends and family more and got my arse in the gym. Making sure I eat and not skip meals as it easier. Got yourself a new subscriber. Keep yourself positive!
I have no idea how or why I got to this video... But it was jaw dropping to finally hear someone express the EXACT situation I am in... We've all had the conversation about "man I just need to do more" with a friend, but not like this. I have bananas in my fridge, and am on my way to KFC...
