I agree! She was so amazing singing that song. Don’t get me wrong I love everything she sings, but for some reason that one hit harder than others! She could sing a phone book (granted those are extinct) 😂😂😂 but that’s how amazing she is! I know this is going to be season 22 of American Idol but she will always be the BEST American Idol ever! If she would have never tried out for AI we would have never known her!!

I know it within my spirit that Kelly can still belt an effortless A5. She's just taking it easy with those high notes. I think she's properly taking care of her cords to avoid overdoing the high notes and hurting them but she still does them tho. Dunno if I make sense 🤣

That woman is on another level. Most singers Id say when you go to head voice/falsetto it tends to lighten and thin. Can still sound good but again with most going up there its the end of the phrase right? Kelly its the beginning again. Its nuts the level of her control. TY

It is! In the early 2010's her voice was very instable and rough. But she got it together quickly and now she's amazing.
