Your garden is looking AMAZING! Prayers sent in favor of all those affected by the storm
Those drinks sound delicious that you’re making and I like when the whole family working together in the garden. Very cool goldenrod you grown and sorry about the storm y’all have. Thanks for sharing.
Good afternoon laquasha, Happy Thursday and here watching. I love your beautiful voice and how calm you are.
Love your new set up….looking forward to your big reveal and next year’s garden. My entire garden is raised beds/containers. Switching from traditional gardening to raised beds was the best decision I ever made. No more bending over and working “hard soil”. (Back breaker 😂)
Awesome idea's. Love the video
I was successful with garlic last year to me. You have to prep the bed. You have to amend the bed with a bunch of amendments you know, great soil, great location, and some really great. You know some fertilizer and then plant them in and then water them daily for a little bit and then after while, you really don’t have to water but every once once sometimes the rain water, but they take a good while and then when I harvest, I had a really great harvest. I actually still have some, but I’m fixing to pop in more garlic.., oh I think I did do fertilize liquid fertilize I think twice within all that time that it has to sit, but it grew really pretty really long. It was really good. It was nice. Chat to do it.
Well I was outside cleaning up the side of my house and there was this yellow plant everywhere I googled it and found out it was golden rod and so I cut it down and it was a whole bunch of it and I knew the bees loved it but I was just trying to clean up my garden and then I come in the house and I sit down so satisfied with myself and cut on your video and see that goldenrod is medicinal yeah, my life.
I'm so glad to see you and happy you all made it through the storm. Once again, you've provided us with some great content. I'm drying Peppermint and Chocolate Mint for tea this coming cold season. Stay well, my friend.
❤❤❤
Hey Luv, look at me waiting to see a notification hit my phone! 😊 Congratulations!!! I saw the advertisement, and you're working with Epic Gardening. You go girl!! 👏🏽
Thank you for sharing
Here in South Florida we have to refrigerate the garlic for 6 weeks before planting.
So interesting!! Are you planting hard neck or soft neck varieties?
Wow, you gave me some great ideas on how to use some of my peppers and the fresh ginger I am getting today from an organic farmer I know. I will also chop some of my blue turmeric I over wintered.
Thanks for sharing, could you share more on how you made the tinture with the goldenrod.
Sissssss! Why did you have me buying those beds?! Lololol. I have 6 of them. I can’t wait to set them up after Fall season. Ok. Back to the video. Lol. 👩🏽🌾💐🧡🏃🏽♀️
I hope your dehydrator was outside. The cayenne that I grew and dehydrated was like I napalm in my kitchen.
Great content! I like hearing about the herbs, cider & teas. I've harvested goldenrod from our property too. Are you going to make tinctures, oils or both with your goldenrod? I'm growing ginger for the first time this year. I'm definitely going to dehydrate some once I figure out when I should be harvesting it. Making fire cider is on my to-do list as well.
❤
Hi beautiful! I appreciate your videos. Try adding oranges and either fresh pomegranate or pomegranate juice to your fire cider. Very delicious.
Goldenrod tea is very good yes for inflammation and for I think kidney function things like that. I used to drink it a lot. I still have some. I just been drinking different. Kind of teas this summer and fall. I’m drinking lemon basil tea right now. Been taking quite a bit. With some honey
Hi I’m Lisa from North Carolina I love watching your video ! Can please share where you got the raise bed from on Amazon thanks
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💐❣️
Thanks for sharing your video! I've been air drying herbs for tea. What brand of dehydrator do you use and do you recommend it? Also, please share the name of your label maker. Thanks in advance
Can you do a video on how you got your hibiscus that way
hi i love your garden, i ordered those garden beds as well how are they are they sturdy have they bulged? i'm wating for delivery.
I was SHOCKED to read that "The Average American Household" (no clue as to what percentage of total households that may be!) has only TWO DAYS of food and water on hand if there is no electricity to cook raw food or to pump water. And I thought everyone had a stash of bottled water in the closet and at least a little charcoal grill that fit on their balcony....maybe no supply of wood or charcoal? Gardeners/Homesteaders are certainly NOT "average" !!!
Wondering with all that organic stuff as base do you get the rollie pollie pill bugs in it?
We've not had any problems with roly polies my main issue has been with the actual soil that I'm planting in!
This year will be different because I'm planting in a raised bed and I'm able to kind of create the soil from scratch and make sure there's plenty of aeration
Hi. I harvested goldenrod from my moms yardf😊
😍😍😍!!!
What did you do with your harvest?! ✨
I have honey infused goldenrod, tincture and Im going to try infused oil 😊
@@ourfreedomsongI've made infused honey, tincture and working on infused oil with goldenrod
That sounds amazing!! Thank you for sharing ❤️
