I minimize oxidation of the 🥃
By having the milk ready to mix immediately after the shot finished.
    Tastes so good 👍🏻

He, he. Thanks for showing us your setup and workflow. I was quite curious about the Slayer. Saw that you did a longer preinfusion. I am not quite sure what to think about the flow control. I enjoy light roasts with fruity flavours and up to now havent managed to improve my shots through profiling. I feel, that the brighter, fruity, more acid based notes get smothered too much. Does the profiling work better on chocolate based flavours?

Hahaha I got a pretty good laugh at the end 😂 - is this machine worth the money?

it's a dream setup. If it's worth the money. I would say that this setup is worth the money if you have the money. Or it's worth the money if you make 20 at least coffees per day. Not for one or two. For one or two cups of coffee per day, you can get almost same result with machinery 1/5 of money. This is my POV. My home setup is Ceado E6P and Lelit Bianca v3. I wish I had the setup we see here, but I am more than happy with mine at the same time

I have a different setup. But making a proper espresso or cappuccino, latte at home, takes from 8-14 minutes. Not less. Cafés work differently
