Fiji is beautiful, BUT the way the top end resorts gouge you leaves a bad taste in your mouth, I’m staying in one atm and not having traveled for a while, I can’t believe the prices of everything. I think they can’t use Covid as an excuse anymore to recover costs. Unfortunately for me I feel this behaviour will see me never to return. But the people are beautiful and welcoming.
I would agree with that when it comes to the big resorts like intercontinental. When I was referring to the price point there, It was in comparison to Hawaii, which is much more expensive. I believe Airbnb’s are much more budget friendly. and the people there are absolutely wonderful. 100% agree with that. Thanks for the comment.
