She was definitely involved in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos; I think the Judge Randolph laid out why a jury would infer and arrive at their decision, and all of it was reasonable as to why the jury found her guilty. She is lucky she only got 14.5 years! 🙄
Michelle explain your actions that day to convince the public of your innocence. Why were you manipulating Fotis’s phone that day? Why did you only answer one call that day. The call from his friend in Greece but ignored all other calls that day to his phone. Why did he leave his cell phone with you that day. Why did you help clean the truck that day? The decision was made by a jury. If "justice" means getting the relevant facts in front of that jury before they decide on a verdict, I think she got justice. She also had the opportunity to take the stand but declined. It's easy to claim a jury was biased, but she needs some evidence if she wants to prove that claim. It's also easy to make claims about their motivation for a decision being to "punish a bystander", but one can't read minds, there was evidence of Troconis' involvement in part of the crime, and it's a matter of law as to whether that makes her guilty, in the eyes of the law, of the commission of the crime. I don't think it's ever been suggested that she was present at the scene of the unaliving, the issue was whether her involvement was sufficient to be guilty as a conspirator. I think we all have some awareness that if someone we are involved with commits a crime like this and we become actively involved in concealing it, we start accruing culpability very rapidly, and we need to decide very carefully which route we are going. I don't personally have an opinion about the extent of her involvement, but (1) I think the prosecution produced ample evidence that Dulos did the unaliving of Jennifer (so Jennifer's state of mind doesn't have relevance, she did not unalive herself), and (2) Troconis was in the truck when the fake plates were being placed in the sewer, among other things. How many people do you know who have pulled up at the side of the road to slip an envelope or package through the bars of a drain? I think that and other evidence are enough for the jury to reach a decision if they want to.

She was caught on camera dumping Jennifer's bloody clothes! She has some nerve suggesting that her case is anything close to Karen Read's! Her trial showed her to be manipulative and deceitful, when a court ordered that she not have contact with Jennifer's children, she just ignored it, and made the children promise not to tell anyone that she was there. In court she sat with her lap top open, displaying a report about Jennifer's mental health, making out she was a nut job. Fotos had paid someone to concoct the report for the child custody hearing, and it was not allowed in court given it was fabricated, Michelle tried to get it into her case, and was refused for the same reason, but she sat in court displaying it anyway. I think she is truly evil, and she is exactly where she belongs, and in my opinion, she should be there more than 14 years!

I was so upset by the disappearance of Jennifer Farber Dulos, and then the realization that she had been so senselessly murdered, and then by the realization that her five children's lives would never be the same. Dear Michele, I am a CT resident who is also friends with a very close friend of Jennifer. From the moment she went missing, the lives of COUNTLESS people changed dramatically and forever, mostly her 5 beautiful children. I, like the rest of the state, watched YOU and Fotis drive around the state of CT dropping off bags of Jennifer’s bloody clothes and other items. YOU did that! What exactly did you think that was about? Please tell me again about what a great mother you are. About how much you love helping people. We all watched your several attempts with investigators to tell them EVERYTHING you knew to help find Jennifer. To help bring her family and friends the closure they needed and desperately deserved. You repeatedly sat there and kept your mouth closed and chose to protect yourself and Fotis. What a despicable human being you are from start to finish. Your trial wasn’t about “finding someone to blame “. YOU ARE TO BLAME! If my neighbor murdered his wife they won’t come arrest me just because they “need to blame someone!” You can’t be that ignorant. You lack empathy, compassion and total self awareness. I’m not a CT resident but a Miami resident. However I watched her entire trial and there were a lot lot I repeat lot of evidence, from driving her jeep back and forth the day Jennifer disappear, to disposing Jennifer’s bloody clothes, covering with her hand while Fotis was throwing the tag into the sewers and giving a false alibi to Fotis etc etc. Her family saying that it was a miscarriage of justice, I would ask, was also a miscarriage of justice her mother’s conviction in Miami Dade for Medicaid fraud? Now, if she decides to reveal where Jennifer’s body is, maybe they can reduce her already short sentence.
Because her letter is important in the context of her appeal. Lawyer Lee and others will no doubt carry the Appeal - so it makes perfect sense for her to cover this letter & its pros and cons legally. She gave a ton of objective advice re how she thought the Troconis lawyers should have run the case… I’m glad she recorded this video. I learned a lot.
How come she can write in the English language but she needed a Spanish interpreter in court. We all knew she spoke and understood English very well. So that says to me something about her character. In my opinion she was trying to hide behind her lack of understanding, both of the language and what Fotis was really up to. I can't believe the woman, it's too late.
Michelle should’ve thought about all of this before she started going with a married man with five small children. And she moved in with him right after Jennifer moved out. And she knew exactly what Fortis had in those bags and what happened to Jennifer you can’t tell me that she did not know what was going on. I don’t feel sorry for her. The only people I feel sorry for is Jennifer‘s mother, the nanny and those five children. I pray that they will get through this and Michelle is a lot better off than they are because she will still get a chance to live her life after 14 1/2 years but those five children will never see their mother again. Any woman knows a divorce with five small children involved is not going to be "amicable". Get real! And yes she moved right into Jennifer's house and placed that ghastly naked portrait of herself right over the bed. What a gross woman. Put her child in the school Jennifer's kids were forced to leave.... she did everything but pee on Fotis' leg to mark her turf.
Actually Michelle was in CT many months before Jennifer moved out - she initially lived in a house of Fotis' in West Hartford. Michelle and Fotis were out as a couple for months before Jennifer moved out and Michelle actually had the gall during this period to go and visit the school where the Dulos children were involved to see if it would work for her daughter. Michelle and Fotis paraded their relationship all over town and Jennifers friends saw it all and eventually mentioned it to her. Fotis then had the insane idea that both Michelle and her daughter and Jennifer and the 5 children should all live together at 4 Jefferson! Michelle and Fotis publicly sought to humiliate Jennifer into leaving and that is what Jennifer did. Jennifer moved 1.5 hrs south and far away from Farmington and enrolled her children in another school and even then Michelle wouldn't leave her and the children alone. During one of the times that Michelle was enraged about having to leave the house for the weekends when the Dulos children visited, Michelle scheduled a visit to go see the school in New Canaan where the Dulos children were enrolled. I mean WHY would Jennifer do this? She couldn't on her own afford to live in New Canaan and neither could Fotis by this point as his money was about all gone. Michelle did the New Canaan school visit to needle and torment Jennifer just because she could do so and it fit in perfectly with the Fotis plans to do the same but on other issues. So much of what Michelle and Fotis did to Jennifer over the years didn't come in at trial and a number of specific events such as Michelle seeking a protective order against Jennifer (this document was written by Kent Mawhinney and BTW Jennifer had never even met Michelle and consistently said in Family Court she didn't want Michelle and her daughter to have contact with the Dulos children). Michelle and her mother played a very big role in the entire divorce drama and so to see Michelle reinvent her story at this late date is simply possible because the Press did such a horrible job explaining the reality of what Michelle actually did do during the entire divorce process. The Herman report was a red herring and had zero in it of an exculpatory nature to help Michelle. What better thing to waive and scream about as being critical as something that legally is unavailable to you and for very good reason. The Herman report was never finished, was most likely bought and paid for by Fotis via corrupt means to discredit Jennifer and harm his own children and the reports author (the imo corrupt Dr Herman) walked off the stand and wouldn't even defend his own report on the record. Judge Heller had no choice but to seal the report and declare a mistrial.
That’s why I don’t think she was involved. She had nothing to give to the investigators to help keep her out of jail or to reduce her sentence. Fotis had already moved on to another woman AND he had offed himself so loyalty wasn’t an issue and she still couldn’t provide any info.
"If this can happen to me it can happen to anyone" is completely false. This is not a KR story! She drove around disposing of evidence and never reported it. Her desire to be Jennifer appeared overwhelming.
Most women would not get involved with a married father of five either- or we would bail as soon as we learned the truth. Michelle didn't work, and wanted to secure a wealthy lifestyle for herself and thought Fotis was her ticket to doing so. She was in her 40's with no income other than what she grifted form men.
You absolutely wanted Jennifer’s opulent life, so much so, originally you were willing to live in HER family home with Jennifer, Fotis and all the children. But Jennifer with all her grace and dignity, moved on with her beautiful babies, from you slimy characters.
How can she say in the letter that Fotis is a coward that killed Jennifer, but that the psychological evaluation of Jennifer should have been part of the trial and it somehow proves Michelle is innocent? That doesn't make sense. Her whole defense was that there was no reason for Fotis to kill Jennifer and for Michelle to aid in that. The evaluation is a non issue. She is guilty in the whole cover up.

I agree but I think it’s because of the bias Traconnis feels the public has against her. If she could show in writing that Jennifer Dulos did indeed, (supposedly) have borderline personality disorder, which is known to be one of the most difficult disorders even for psychologists to cope with,(a person with this appears on the outside to others as exceptionally kind and intelligent, almost flawless but on the inside always feels slighted and hateful for being victimized, and thinking themselves as a victim they target certain people to be unusually cruel towards) the public would see Jennifer as less perfect, even possibly unstable and in contrast see Traconnis as not such the evil home wrecker after all and maybe even honest making them inclined to be sympathetic to a few of her more minor transgressions. I think the state proved the obstruction of justice charge, but I think it was the bias against Traconnis that got her convicted of the rest - whether or not she was guilty.
In his letter, before his suicide, he says he didn’t do it. We know now that is false. It is laughable that anyone would believe that the liar says he didn’t do it and we are to believe that Michelle didn’t do it because he says so.
I realize Michelle offered to help with the search. If she has knowledge of where Jennifer is she would only have to avoid that spot and appear to be very helpful to the authorities. Considering her changing stories along with comments like burying her by the dog Michelle is very difficult to believe.

My theory is Fotis had an accomplice who disposed of Jennifer. There was a report that Jennifer’s phone connected with her abandoned car @ 2pm. That was the accomplice driving past her car to see if law enforcement had discovered it. Another theory is if LE can see from cameras when the Tacoma began driving back on the highway it would give them a timeline as to how long Fotis was in New Canaan after leaving Jennifer’s house. If he disposed of Jennifer not an accomplice could they not determine a radius of the area and how far he could have driven during the time he was in New Canaan. It is doubtful that he disposed of Jennifer in Farmington. I don’t think he would risk highway driving with her. As for Michelle T, the jury chose the correct verdict. It was the totality of her actions that day and that those actions could not be a coincidence.
She was born in Tennessee and lived in the US for her first 6 years. She was also offered an interpreter during her first police interrogation. She's fluent in English, just a liar about it

There was not a single mention of Pawel Gumienny. Her lawyer iterated how he suddenly obtained an American citizenship before her trial. There seemed to be a deal between him and prosecutors. She’s aware that he knows more, thus, refuses to utter his name in her letter to advocate her innocence. It is easy for her to start badmouthing Fotis bc he replaced her when things turned horrific for them. To compare her situation with Karen Read is an insult to Karen. Karen may not be an angel but she didn’t get involved with a married man with five children. If anything , Karen felt used to take care of his niece and nephew while he hung out with his colleagues. Michelle and Fotis were slandering Jennifer (and she still does) for being inconsiderate to disagree with his proposal to build a harem in a house he built using Jennifer’s dad’s money. Michelle, your aggressiveness during your second interview and your strategy to have a translator showed how unaware you are of your own deception. You instigated the crime. Fotis just agreed with your plan. Bc the idea is for him to inherit the wealth Jennifer will pass on to their children. You did not only want Jennifer’s husband, house, children, but also her money.

She was caught on camera dumping Jennifer's bloody clothes! She has some nerve suggesting that her case is anything close to Karen Read's! Her trial showed her to be manipulative and deceitful, when a court ordered that she not have contact with Jennifer's children, she just ignored it, and made the children promise not to tell anyone that she was there.
In court she sat with her lap top open, displaying a report about Jennifer's mental health, making out she was a nut job. Fotos had paid someone to concoct the report for the child custody hearing, and it was not allowed in court given it was fabricated, Michelle tried to get it into her case, and was refused for the same reason, but she sat in court displaying it anyway. I think she is truly evil, and she is exactly where she belongs, and in my opinion, she should be there more than 14 years!

From the moment she went missing, the lives of COUNTLESS people changed dramatically and forever, mostly her 5 beautiful children. I, like the rest of the state, watched YOU and Fotis drive around the state of CT dropping off bags of Jennifer’s bloody clothes and other items. YOU did that! What exactly did you think that was about? Please tell me again about what a great mother you are. About how much you love helping people. We all watched your several attempts with investigators to tell them EVERYTHING you knew to help find Jennifer. To help bring her family and friends the closure they needed and desperately deserved. You repeatedly sat there and kept your mouth closed and chose to protect yourself and Fotis. What a despicable human being you are from start to finish. Your trial wasn’t about “finding someone to blame “. YOU ARE TO BLAME! If my neighbor murdered his wife they won’t come arrest me just because they “need to blame someone!” You can’t be that ignorant. You lack empathy, compassion and total self awareness. I think I speak for everyone when I say that you got off easy with your sentence. I don’t think you should ever get out. Especially when you’re still denying everything and not telling them where Jennifer is and what happened to her. I’m not a CT resident but a Miami resident. However I watched her entire trial and there were a lot lot I repeat lot of evidence, from driving her jeep back and forth the day Jennifer disappear, to disposing Jennifer’s bloody clothes, covering with her hand while Fotis was throwing the tag into the sewers and giving a false alibi to Fotis etc etc.
Her family saying that it was a miscarriage of justice, I would ask, was also a miscarriage of justice her mother’s conviction in Miami Dade for Medicaid fraud?
Now, if she decides to reveal where Jennifer’s body is, maybe they can reduce her already short sentence.

Lawyer Lee and others will no doubt carry the Appeal - so it makes perfect sense for her to cover this letter & its pros and cons legally. She gave a ton of objective advice re how she thought the Troconis lawyers should have run the case… I’m glad she recorded this video. I learned a lot.
How come she can write in the English language but she needed a Spanish interpreter in court. We all knew she spoke and understood English very well. So that says to me something about her character. In my opinion she was trying to hide behind her lack of understanding, both of the language and what Fotis was really up to. I can't believe the woman, it's too late.

Michelle should’ve thought about all of this before she started going with a married man with five small children. And she moved in with him right after Jennifer moved out. And she knew exactly what Fortis had in those bags and what happened to Jennifer you can’t tell me that she did not know what was going on. I don’t feel sorry for her. The only people I feel sorry for is Jennifer‘s mother, the nanny and those five children. I pray that they will get through this and Michelle is a lot better off than they are because she will still get a chance to live her life after 14 1/2 years but those five children will never see their mother again. Any woman knows a divorce with five small children involved is not going to be "amicable". Get real! And yes she moved right into Jennifer's house and placed that ghastly naked portrait of herself right over the bed. What a gross woman. Put her child in the school Jennifer's kids were forced to leave.... she did everything but pee on Fotis' leg to mark her turf.
Actually Michelle was in CT many months before Jennifer moved out - she initially lived in a house of Fotis' in West Hartford. Michelle and Fotis were out as a couple for months before Jennifer moved out and Michelle actually had the gall during this period to go and visit the school where the Dulos children were involved to see if it would work for her daughter. Michelle and Fotis paraded their relationship all over town and Jennifers friends saw it all and eventually mentioned it to her. Fotis then had the insane idea that both Michelle and her daughter and Jennifer and the 5 children should all live together at 4 Jefferson! Michelle and Fotis publicly sought to humiliate Jennifer into leaving and that is what Jennifer did. Jennifer moved 1.5 hrs south and far away from Farmington and enrolled her children in another school and even then Michelle wouldn't leave her and the children alone.
During one of the times that Michelle was enraged about having to leave the house for the weekends when the Dulos children visited, Michelle scheduled a visit to go see the school in New Canaan where the Dulos children were enrolled. I mean WHY would Jennifer do this? She couldn't on her own afford to live in New Canaan and neither could Fotis by this point as his money was about all gone. Michelle did the New Canaan school visit to needle and torment Jennifer just because she could do so and it fit in perfectly with the Fotis plans to do the same but on other issues. So much of what Michelle and Fotis did to Jennifer over the years didn't come in at trial and a number of specific events such as Michelle seeking a protective order against Jennifer (this document was written by Kent Mawhinney and BTW Jennifer had never even met Michelle and consistently said in Family Court she didn't want Michelle and her daughter to have contact with the Dulos children). Michelle and her mother played a very big role in the entire divorce drama and so to see Michelle reinvent her story at this late date is simply possible because the Press did such a horrible job explaining the reality of what Michelle actually did do during the entire divorce process. The Herman report was a red herring and had zero in it of an exculpatory nature to help Michelle. What better thing to waive and scream about as being critical as something that legally is unavailable to you and for very good reason. The Herman report was never finished, was most likely bought and paid for by Fotis via corrupt means to discredit Jennifer and harm his own children and the reports author (the imo corrupt Dr Herman) walked off the stand and wouldn't even defend his own report on the record. Judge Heller had no choice but to seal the report and declare a mistrial.

IF she knew she would have used it as a bargaining tool to get less time. She did not. She knows nothing. She was a tool for Fotis. That is all.

You absolutely wanted Jennifer’s opulent life, so much so, originally you were willing to live in HER family home with Jennifer, Fotis and all the children. But Jennifer with all her grace and dignity, moved on with her beautiful babies, from you slimy characters.
How can she say in the letter that Fotis is a coward that killed Jennifer, but that the psychological evaluation of Jennifer should have been part of the trial and it somehow proves Michelle is innocent? That doesn't make sense. Her whole defense was that there was no reason for Fotis to kill Jennifer and for Michelle to aid in that. The evaluation is a non issue. She is guilty in the whole cover up.

I agree but I think it’s because of the bias Traconnis feels the public has against her. If she could show in writing that Jennifer Dulos did indeed, (supposedly) have borderline personality disorder, which is known to be one of the most difficult disorders even for psychologists to cope with,(a person with this appears on the outside to others as exceptionally kind and intelligent, almost flawless but on the inside always feels slighted and hateful for being victimized, and thinking themselves as a victim they target certain people to be unusually cruel towards) the public would see Jennifer as less perfect, even possibly unstable and in contrast see Traconnis as not such the evil home wrecker after all and maybe even honest making them inclined to be sympathetic to a few of her more minor transgressions.
I think the state proved the obstruction of justice charge, but I think it was the bias against Traconnis that got her convicted of the rest - whether or not she was guilty.

My theory is Fotis had an accomplice who disposed of Jennifer. There was a report that Jennifer’s phone connected with her abandoned car @ 2pm. That was the accomplice driving past her car to see if law enforcement had discovered it. Another theory is if LE can see from cameras when the Tacoma began driving back on the highway it would give them a timeline as to how long Fotis was in New Canaan after leaving Jennifer’s house. If he disposed of Jennifer not an accomplice could they not determine a radius of the area and how far he could have driven during the time he was in New Canaan. It is doubtful that he disposed of Jennifer in Farmington. I don’t think he would risk highway driving with her.
As for Michelle T, the jury chose the correct verdict. It was the totality of her actions that day and that those actions could not be a coincidence.

There was not a single mention of Pawel Gumienny. Her lawyer iterated how he suddenly obtained an American citizenship before her trial. There seemed to be a deal between him and prosecutors. She’s aware that he knows more, thus, refuses to utter his name in her letter to advocate her innocence. It is easy for her to start badmouthing Fotis bc he replaced her when things turned horrific for them.
To compare her situation with Karen Read is an insult to Karen. Karen may not be an angel but she didn’t get involved with a married man with five children. If anything , Karen felt used to take care of his niece and nephew while he hung out with his colleagues. Michelle and Fotis were slandering Jennifer (and she still does) for being inconsiderate to disagree with his proposal to build a harem in a house he built using Jennifer’s dad’s money.
Michelle, your aggressiveness during your second interview and your strategy to have a translator showed how unaware you are of your own deception. You instigated the crime. Was she or was she not with Fotis when he was disposing of evidence. From this Connecticut residents point of view its going to take a lot more than this letter to change the perception that she is guilty as sin. Cruising the Hartford streets disposing of evidence just ain't a good look.

Troconis wasn't setting another viable life up, is complicit via cell phone locations, pretended she suddenly didn't speak English.
She refuses to admit due to family shame. So, it's her discomfort vs family shame: that determines how long it takes for her to admit what happened

How are you confused about the blood evidence? Everything was laid out in the trial...everything.... Blood everywhere in that garage ....
yup and there was her blood all over her clothes which the police have videos of fotis and Michelle having in their possession and disposing ... so not even relevent how much blood was in the garage!
