I've concluded after 4 years of watching structures builds in several west African nations, to have a build done with the professionalism and workmanship westerners view as standard you either employ Africans who've been trained worked and continue to perform a western standard of construction or import workers or construction Forman from the west to lead and oversee the project... I see so many things that I would not pass as quality work.
