slick SL57 Neck Mod

Hello RUclips! I bought a slick SL-57 about six months ago. I lowered the action when I first got it, but I was getting a massive fret buzz.. I adjusted then relief on the neck and no better. I put a shim in the neck and now it plays as well as my Ibanez Prestige custom!!
