Am proud Tiv girl and I will tell you that if you want to see the other side of a Tiv man try touching his girlfriend not to talk of wife This news about Tiv people is a false one please those spreading the news should stop it Stop saying things that don't exist about our culture😢
You know you are lying. I've always known this even while I was still very young. What you should say is that it's no more in existence, which is still not completely true, bcos some people are still practicing in it.
My lecturer in my year one who is a Tiv confirmed this story,he is a professor too, maybe he is trying to change the stereotype but I was told it was a practice that has been changed long time again
That's a false story because I was privileged to stay around Tiv people in Navy Town Ojo, Lagos. I'm just hearing this for the first time. But what I can tell about them from experience is that you can't come closer to wives even their daughters, they are too decent. I am from Delta State and if I'd had the opportunity I would have gotten married to a Tiv because their ladies are so decent.
Then you don't know anything about the Tiv people. Since I was young, that's the very thing I ve always known about the tiv tradition and I ve asked many of them that I ve come across, they don't deny it never happened, they only say it's no more in practice. But the truth is that, some few people are still practicing it.
Mr Lucky this is not new to the Tiv people in Benue State, it's a cultural practice among them to entertain male visitors with their wives. But i guess with civilization and modernization it's not as pronounced as it used to be.
You people have started again. There is nothing like such practice among the tiv people of Benue state never in their history. Please and please Mr lucky
@@gunners-loungeIf you make it into a real prank it could. I once saw a man chase another man fifteen miles with a machete because that man joked about his wife. He didn't even touch her. And when he finally caught up, the man fell on the ground exhausted, but he only made it to ten meters of the guy and could not go further. By the time he rested, the other man rested too, so he had to turn around and go home. But, at least, that prank brought a man within ten meters of death.
Anyone who said that it's a lie is a lier, the only thing they'll say is that it's no longer in existence
Tiv girls love ashawo work
