    जिम जाना गलत नहीं है,, सही ट्रेनिग लेना चाहिए,, और कोविड की वैक्सीन के बाद हार्ट अटैक बढ़े हैं,, चाहे कोई भी फिजिकल हार्ड वर्क कर रहा हो वो गिर जाता है और उठता नही,,

    Agar Gym me cardio nahi kar rahe to fir Gym kisi kaam ka nahi.
    Weight lifting exercise aur fitness ka koi lena-dena nahi hai. Wait lifting se sirf muscle mass badhta hai , jo heart pe pressure daalta hai to pump more blood.
    isliye cardio zaruri hai wo bhi ek limited intensity ka aur lambe samay ke liye. Cardio heart ki exercise hai aur swimming bhi.

Tun jo ye bekar ka gyan de rahe ho pehle apna khud ka body aur dimaag sahi rakho .. Gym goers always maintain a disciple schedule chahe wo diet ka ho ya phir society ka. Atleast bekar ka cheezee to nahi khata.

    The main reason of Heart attacks in gym is Use of steroids by wrong way and cheaper method without knowledge.
    Lifting heavy in erroneous way, without proper posture and knowledge can give you some severe injury but not heart attack.
