Hi thanks for watching 👍😎 and taking the time to comment, the sun loungers do look fantastic, I never used one 😂 but they do look better ( more comfortable) than most other cruise lines 👍
Looking nice, thanks for showing us around. Look forward to the next video. Do the theatre put on a new show every single night? I was on the P&O cruise and they repeat two of the same shows for 4 nights. So I had to go and watch the TV when the show was being repeated.
Hello, Very comprehensive and informative video, thoroughly enjoyed viewing. Considering our first Ambassador cruise, done many with various other cruise companies so not new to cruising. I’d like to know if we opt out of paying gratuities on a daily basis is one penalised by raised bar and specialty restaurants meal priced.
Hi thanks for watching 👍😎 no they don't penalise you for removing gratuities, personally I have never done that as it's tips for people I will never see, I also give extra tips to staff that have gone above and beyond. Tbh you will find a exceptional level of service from the staff on Ambassador. 👍 I have good friends that's disagree with me and remove tips immediately and still get great service. It's each to there own.
Hi, I am wondering if passangers can you access the front area about half way up ? Possibly deck 9. This is where you appear to be able to stand and watch where the ship is going ?
Hi thanks for watching, yes you can but only when conditions allow, more often than not it is closed due to high winds. We did manage to visit it and tbh it was a bit disappointing as very small ( no room for a single sunbed ) it's just below the bridge so crew waved at us lol 🤣
@@TravelswiththeRussells Thanks. We are off to Norway on it at the end of August and I wanted to take the camera and watch for wildlife, I have some very good pictures from being on Fred Olsen doing this. If this is not possibly then I can't be bothered to be interested going on this then.
@@adrianlynch9435 I think when she is moored up you will have no problem, it's only when at sea and the weather is poor they close this area . also there are plenty of other open areas for photography from the ship.
@@jasonfernee6395 hi thanks for watching 👍 the table sharing thing is actually not as bad as you may think, we have aways had really nice people on our table, after a few days you actually start looking forward to chatting with your new evening meal companions. Please remember that you of course don't have to eat at the main dining room, the buffet is open and you can sit where and with whoever you want in there. The MDR thing we are not keen on is the early (5:45) or late dinner sitting (8:15) one is just to early and one a little late and you can not swop (normally) but you do get used to it. 👍 And there is always the buffet 😎👍
@@jasonfernee6395 forgot to say it's not just dinner for shared tables, if you use MDR it's sharing tables breakfast / lunch and different people each time. Again buffet is a option
@@PeterBryant-w7t hi thanks for watching👍 tables are allocated pre boarding so you are actually informed when you arrive in your cabin with your table number, you can request at dining a table for two but these are few and far between and often reserved for people with particular dining requirements ( eg allergies). You can always choose to eat at the buffet if a large table is not to your liking.
I have cruised with Ambassador on Ambience several times and have never had a problem requesting a table for two at breakfast or evening meal. We are sailing tomorrow on Ambience and we Know we will be able to request a table for two. We have never had any need or want to use Borough Market.(our choice)
That's brilliant thanks, it's nice to know you can get a table for two. we have never actually asked for a table for two as always enjoy the company of others on a cruise and as you pre select the table size before a cruise we tend to go for table for 6. please have a fabulous cruise and enjoy 👍
Thanks for uploading 👍looks fantastic, Ambassador Cruises looks just right for us 👍 great vlogs guys
Looks like a lovely ship. Those sun loungers look like the most comfy I’ve ever seen 😊

Are you using the DJI Osmo Pocket, thought I recognised the microphone, I have the mic but never used it, it copes well with the wind
Hi yes I use the DJI pocket 2 (mostly), I find it a nice discrete peace of equipment. 👍👍

Thanks for the upload. I am about to book a cruise on this ship... only thing not to like is the sharing tables for dinner. Not keen on that.
