To anyone having difficulty grab the grill at the bottom near an edge with your finger and thumb and yank firmly. As poster has said elsewhere in comments, don’t keep pulling, just yank it.
Hey thanks for the video. I have a base model golf 2013. Do you happen to know if a gti 2013 grille would fit my golf? I’ve been reading that they fit but just wanted to make sure
@@H4Torque yea I got it. I had to press on the bumper at bit harder. It really hasn't been taken out in a long time. Plus it snowed a few days ago. It was a pain in my ass because someone sole my GTI logo off my front grille.

How did u get ur fingers to the bottom of the grille? Between the grille and the bumper, there aint spaces at all?

Pretty sure they’re different shapes but you can get a GTI style grill for about £50
