Any time any person trying to convince you of the rightness of their argument or belief says "look it up", I recommend that you do.

If somebody’s angry, but the reason they give for it isn’t grounded in facts, they need to put aside the anger long enough to discuss what the facts are. However, if someone is angry about something and can provide facts to demonstrate that people are being harmed, then of course they have good reason to feel the emotions that they do.
