The screaming in the Appalachian trail: That is most definitely a big cat. Probably a Linx or a bob. Mountain lions are another (slighter) possibility. They all sound very similar. I live in the boonies of Maine and have a bob cat that lives on my property. A few weeks ago, I heard him making his screams into the night. It's normal wood sounds.

For the TikTok with the crazy noises in Appalachia, I had the same thought you had. I would like an update video on the garbage bag that was dropped when the noises started. Like was it there in the morning or did it disappear too? If it was gone, it would lead me to believe that whatever it is came that close to the house; giving reference to how far away or how close the sound is. Then giving a better idea what it could possibly be making those insane noises/sounds. In the TikTok where it’s the security came and movement it a detected it appears somewhat like a shadow on the lower right side. At least that’s the only “thing” I potentially saw. But it was super weird how it was the only one glitching.

My house is haunted lol. We have done renovations 4 times on our house. Weird shit has happened all 4 times. First was he redid almost all the flooring on our first floor and painted, we did hardwood through the majority of the house and then right after we redid the floor in our main bathroom and the laundry room. We also got new counters, repainted and all that in that same bathroom. After all of that weird stuff happened, things FLEW off the walls, not fell, FLEW like they shouldn't have been that far away from the wall. We had things move, things suddenly disappear, hear footsteps on our stairs, I heard our front door open at night but when I'd get up to look, the door would be closed and locked. Those two renos happened at almost the same time so I didn't notice much between the two, especially since our house was literal chaos since none of our furniture was where it should be and the flooring was all ripped up. We also had weird things moving and shaking, and I'd see people standing in the living room in the dark when I'd get up in the middle of the night to get water. They'd be gone when I'd look back and there isn't anywhere for a grown human to hide that wouldn't be super obvious (like under the table, behind the door, stuff like that since we keep certain doors open or closed and I would've definitely heard it if someone opened or moved them since our doors are squeaky lol. Just crap like that. The third big thing happened a bit later and that was the renovation of the master bathroom and closet. Nothing big happened then, but the activity started up again, throwing things, weird noises again, all that. I then started having really really bad nightmares about a figure in my room. In my dream, my lights are turned off (I have purple Halloween lights strung up in my room since I've been having paranormal experiences my whole life and it's made me afraid of the dark) and a person, I think a woman, was hovering in the corner of my room staring at me and this would happen constantly. She scared me and had not an evil aura, but she felt really angry and like she didn't like me. I had to sage my room and pray in it to get the nightmares to stop because she got closer and closer to me every night I dreamed of her and I was terrified she'd do something to me like strangle me. It got so bad, I was going to work on like 2 or 3 hours of sleep for probably a good month or two and then I'd take naps after work on my living room since she never appeared unless I was in my own room. That was the worst of it tho. We JUST had our roof redone a week and a half ago, and the activity is bad again. Things have been thrown at me, I've seen orbs, I saw a shadow figure in the kitchen again, someone imitated my mom's voice and was calling for me when she was out (unfortunately my sisters were either sleeping or had headphones in so they didn't hear anything). I've also had someone turn my shower off when I left the bathroom to grab something I'd forgotten (it was my speaker, which will be relevant in a moment). I've noticed that the bathroom ghost likes music, they don't do anything if I sing or play music while showering, so I've been doing it a lot. Well, I've been joking for years that every phone I get suddenly becomes haunted because when I listen to music it'll suddenly change without anything or anyone touching the screen on my phone or the touch controls on my headphones and my speaker can only do play/pause or change the volume (I only recently got wireless headphones tho). Well, this has been happening a lot more. Sometimes I'll be showering and the song will suddenly skip and I'm always like "alright, they don't like that one I guess" and it's funny because a lot of the time the same song gets skipped. Because it's the same song, I thought something was wrong with the track but it plays just fine and doesn't skip for me when I'm on headphones outside of my house. It isn't the app either since I've had both apple and android phones during the time of my phones being haunted and I've also used different apps thinking maybe there was something wrong with it, but nope, it's the same across the board. That's something that's ALWAYS happened to me, but it's gotten worse lately. The ghost likes to turn off the lights while I'm in the bathroom (there's a small window so it isn't bad if there's still light but our shower is super dark and at night thr room is pitch black) but sometimes will turn them back on if you ask. Mostly it likes to throw small objects at us, stomp up the stairs, jiggle the door handles (I've stuck bells on mine so that I can hear it better when it opens the door) and does that stuff with my music. We're getting solar panels put on sometime this week and the activity from the roof hasn't died down so I'm not looking forward to that.
